I really hope they let people come in and salvage some of the fixtures and some of the decor! This place is beautiful, it makes me sick that they just tear these big beautiful old homes down. Hopefully some of that stuff is being salvaged and reused!
That's exactly what I'm saying. It's such a waste that they take down really good houses for this cheap crap that they have nowadays. My town was wasted because they put townhouses up for the drunken college kids. Talk about what a waste.
The original section is just beautiful! All those details that used to be the “norm” are just amazing like the wallpaper, wainscoting, ceiling medallions etc. Such a shame those details went away with the cookie cutter homes. Thank you for showing this beauty!
Such a sweet home. It's too bad they didn't restore the bricks. People always opt for the cheaper option not what is right in terms of preserving history. And now it's going to be destroyed. SMH. Noah, could you please get a stronger light source? Thank you!
Another great explore, thank you. A lot of old houses had two staircases with a grander formal one in the front of the house and a plainer one in the back. I would guess that originally there was a living room for day to day use and a fancy parlor for visitors. Upstairs looks like they stripped it down to studs and load bearing walls and redid everything, so much of the houses original character was destroyed in the remodel and now all that will be left of this house will be memories. I'm glad you are able to document so many of these beautiful homes before developers destroy them.
With all the work put into expanding and updating the home, I would think the master bedroom would be larger. Good closets and ok bath but hardly any room for the bed. Seems odd to me. I would love to salvage a bunch of the fixtures and hardware!!
Hello Noah my friend! 🖐😃 I want to thank you for showing this home 🏡, it is NICE! Because of the possibility of having asbestos, I would prefer the newer handrails The kitchen and its appliances are GREAT, but, I will forego the bread in the oven 😂. I do like this home 🏡 , thank you my friend for showcasing it!! 🤗🤗🤗 Take care!
Red brick originally and they stuccoed over my absolute favorite, red brick? Yikes! But guess none of that matters now anyway 😞. Hopefully some of the beautiful interior pieces get salvaged. Some real keepers in there. Thanks Noah!!
Sad to see these beautiful homes destroyed for more expensive town homes. Seems all the developers want to do is to satisfy their greed of spending millions to tear down these homes and another 5 million to build plus what they paid for the house and land.
4:17 I love the way they built that door into the deck. ➡️ 26:33 there is the deck door again. 6:59 where is Harry Potter? 10:57 If those are glass door knobs, they are old and are worth some money. I had them in my old, New Jersey home.
What a great home where you can house a family of 5 the rooms are huge the kitchen was a nice size there might have been a few little problems with the ceiling with water damage but if someone is good at renovating you have a lovely home to live in
If they are going to be that many houses, they will be close together and not much yard. I wouldn't like that. 4:25 Are those lilacs? Some people leave their outdoor Christmas lights up all year. Fireplace would be better in brown.
The addition wasn't well planned out, and the remodeling was inconsistent. This house could certainly be salvaged too bad it's being torn down - again for over priced cookie cutter cheaply made houses/town homes.
Half way thur the video and only 3 rooms in . Lets see more house instead of whats inside cabinets and oven . The chairs dont matter. I want to see the rooms .

I love this house! What a shame it will be demolished! Awesome video as usual! 👍❤️🤘

Nice video man! Old railing and spindles are my choice
The white doors on the cabinets aren't distressed. They have a brown glaze on them. Nice antique or aged look🙂

Don't know when you reached it, but congratulations on 100k subs! 😊👍
It’s such a pity because I adore this house and when it was up for sale I was so upset because I knew exactly what the house’s fate was.

The drawers and chandeliers as well as the floor boards were awesome..

5:10, love those original door bells in the middle of the door.
Loved this house Noah !

Very pleasing to the eye , definitely a shame they are going to destroy this lovely house , glad you managed to explore it first Noah. Thank you ❤

In love with the mud room and the dining room chairs. 😍
I love the way your hair looks.

Even though they added onto this house, all the bedrooms except the master were small.
Whoever bought this place, sure did mess it up, the outside is ugly. Haven't seen the indoors yet. Stay safe.
A pity about the extension being built on. The house has lost lost any charm that it had. Only the fittings are left. Sad about it's fate.
Everybody gets bought out at Christmas
That’s called a newel post at the stairs.
Beautiful kitchen
That large vent is the return vent.
So sad, with some TLC someone else could enjoy this house,.
What a shame ❤

Hi can I have the fridge and stove
Seems like your area you just aren't able to buy your own land anymore.
26:40 possible EVP?
