I have a ton of Cotton yarn so I definitely will try this….so happy to hear you give the stitch count at the end of those rows….so many tutorial people do not do that….. I like the way you teach….and like your projects….
i love it, made one right away. went ahead and attached a small puff stitched flower on the front. had a rough multi colored yarn to spend. turned out very pretty
I absolutely love your instructions. I’m making a beach bag for my granddaughter. I finished it and I hate the bottom. I’m going to totally undo it and make your bag. Thank you for this video.
This is really lovely and I really like the design for the body of the bag! Could I ask please as I haven't been sure while I've been doing the rounds, what the reason is for the slip stitches at the end of round 2, you know the fiddly tricky hard to get your hook into ones? I've been doing them as I know it's part of the pattern but haven't quite understood the reason that you do it differently there, and also why it's done just for that part of the round? I thought it might be to make the side sturdier but then thought if that was the case you would have done the same at the opposite side so the sturdiness is balanced, so if you could let me know the reason for those slipped stitches that would be great! Thanks :)
Hi good afternoon..im from iwahig Puerto Princesa City Palawan Philippines. I crochet bags and almost everything..id love to watch your vedio and learn from you.
What?? How am I just finding this channel?? This looks awesome and so do all your other projects. I’m definitely subbing and watching through your past videos to start picking ones to attempt. Thanks for these!!
Hi. Can you please let us know how much this bag stretches if it's full of stuff? Not many designers show their finished bags in use. I'd love to see pictures and typed comments of it full of yarn, then some medium weight items. Then heavy items like cans. I've made bags that stretch so badly they aren't usable. So knowing this info ahead of time would be so helpful. Just a suggestion. Thanks.
I definitely agree with you…..I made a market bag a long time ago and yes it sagged terribly…. I never made another one and never pursued figuring out how to avoid the sagging…maybe someone else knows………..
Great question! In my experience anything loopy other than SC or HDC was saggy for me. I double my yarn but that doesn't always help either. I find the tighter the stitch the chances of sagging are slimmer. Just MHO
Thank you so much for tutorial.. I enjoyed it alot and learned a few things too. I love your patterns and you teach very well. I have finished all 4 bags. Just wanted you to know. Sue

Thanks so much. I ripped out 3-4 rows until I found your pattern. Love it.
Great tutorial! Looks like my sisters are getting this bag. They both frequent the farmers market. Thank you!

Try using macrame yarn instead of 100% cotton
That’s a great suggestion! Thank you! I may try to do a quick reel for Instagram. When I get it up I’ll post here!

Good Morning!
Good morning :)
So cute, I need to make one 💜
I’m new to this so, thanks for the tutorial! I made it in blue, but I’m not sure what a “market” bag is used for, considering all the loops.
usually produce
What ply cotton are you using
What is the stitch count around the top? Before putting the handles on

😂mine looks like a blanket, it never turned into a bag! Where did I go wrong?! Lmao😅
On no! It sounds like you may be adding stitches somewhere! (And possibly not joining at the end of each round)
Hello
Beautiful market bag.
