I genuinely appreciate this. Usually I'm not a fan of this style of video, but seeing them with large scale works/concerto's really helps you to visualise and pick out the solo piano in a way that normal performances do not, usually a lot of the nuance is lost or hard to hear (often by design). Thanks 🙏
This channel is SEVERELY underrated, how do you not have millions?? But I'm so honored to be in the in the first 1,000 subscribers. Remember me when your famous lol. But seriously, You did an awesome job, this is one of my favorite concertos and you absolutely nailed it!
very amazing, ! 😮 btw the orchestra ,sound really nice, clear, and i find the dry sound for this concerto interesting because we can hear all details we lost usually in reverb with live concert 🙂
This is huge!! If I may offer you another great piano concerto to play, I hightly recomend Medtner's 2nd or 3rd piano concerto, actually the 1st one is also wonderfull!
@@DomFileoreummaybe you realised this already but it’s not an actual person playing, it’s computer generated so I would recommend listening to an actual recording.
@@manzoh2248 wait but concert creator ai is nowhere near this realistic Edit: I have listened to some dozens of different recordings already, Argerich owns it definitely
@@DomFileoreumyeah I love argerich’s performances of it, but also I used to think these were real as well but on one of these videos by someone using the same software they explained that it’s all done digitally, just using better technology than older midi players. I feel like you can still tell the difference but it’s definitely harder than it used to be 😅
Brilliant!! Very underrated/underplayed piece. Your interpretation is great and the visualization is very useful and appreciated. Just great work and thank you!!
I'm sure I've at least listened to a couple of minutes of this concerto before, but this is my first true introduction. I'm in awe! I love it so much!! Thanks for introducing this amazing piece to me!
You're channel and this video deserve more recognition. You played it very well and marvelous. I hope for the 3rd Movement, especially the Final Coda (If I'm not mistaken weehoo)
I first heard this piece in the movie “ The Competition “ .. ❤ I really appreciate the orchestral backing… where did you obtain that , if I may ask ?? Your performance was amazing !! Ive been playing for many years, but I don’t believe that my hands can do a glissando 😫. I loved your video ❤❤❤❤
@@Oberon_orchestra hahahah yea thats going to be a lot of work. You know what would we really cool, you will be the first person on TH-cam to do that, if you do the same but then with the seccond piano concerto by Prokofjev
Incredible playing! Guessing you are a concert pianist recording her practice sessions so you probably know the usual repertoire already. Please play Prokofiev PC 2, mov 1. (Can the orchestra after the cadenza even be done like this without a real orchestra?). And the entire Rach 3 of course :). (World class entitlement here. You’ve got time…spend it on me me me)
How do you get the orchestra to sound in the background without some other pianist’s recording? I’ve been trying to find a program that lets me get the orchestra minus the piano for the concerti that Music Minus One does *not* have. (Like Rachmaninoff #4, for an example) To no luck. Thanks! Nice video ❤️
@@Oberon_orchestra damn ok. Well, nice work anyways! You earned a new subscriber. I hope you continue working on this Prokofiev concerto - maybe a Saint-Saëns concerto next? (At least #2, #4 or #5, if not the ever pleasurable #3.)

Thank you so much. I found lots of details during making this video, too. It’s kinda fun!🤣
Why aren’t you usually a fan?
This was fantastic. Would love one for Rachmaninoff's 3rd Piano Concerto.

Good to know that this sound of orchestra helps people discover more details. I didn’t even expect this! Thank you so much!😃
Day one of asking these visualizer channels to do some Medtner, like one of the concertos or sonatas that are all great
This is amazing!

You can just buy recordings of the orchestra part to practice and play with
@@thibomeurkens2296 How would I go about doing this? Is there a certain online store I could do that at?
I don’t know where to buy or get one, either. I actually made the orchestra sound with DAW.😔
