I stumbled across this video on my for you page, so I clicked it out of curiosity! It's so easy to hate and criticize ourselves but it's SO hard to boost our self esteem as well as learn to love our own bodies; learn to accept what we have. I'm 15 and although I'm extremely young, I feel like there's no "real answer" to healing ourselves...people have so many different methods, ideas, advice to give one another and it messes with our sense of direction on our healing journey. You don't know which piece of advice is right, so it's all trial and error. I don't know where I'm going with this, but what I find really comforting is that we're all pretty much on the same boat. We don't know what we're doing. But what we DO know is that we aren't alone. We fall, we struggle, we stagger, we learn, we love, all of that. We're just...existing. But yeah! I appreciate your video and your thoughts. Good luck on your journey!
The art of being a human. I love this and imma start watching these video because im going through a tough time in my life.. right now ❤happy I found your page and never stop posting
There is no need to thank us Alex, we have been privileged to have joined you on this journey. I must admit it’s a bit like reading a book listening to you. I’m always waiting for the next chapter!🙂
A person must love everything about himself, even his faults, and he must trust himself more. As for the past, he must never forget it, but rather he must learn from his mistakes and actions and improve himself
Great video Mate. thanks for sharing and showing your vulnerability. like the slow and Comfortable way you speak. I like to mention that the side effect of ADHD and depression medication, usually take about 3 weeks to go away, so if you are not taken it consistently, you'll always have side effect and no real benefits. Im taking from experience, because i take medication for depression and anxiety.
Hello Henri, Thankyou for being here with me. I appreciate the feedback. I’ve started taking the medication in smaller doses and less impulsivly to allow my body to adjust. Thank you again and goodluck with whatever your doing 🍀
