1/12 tee neck collar finish tips and tricks

Hi!
I just wanted to record a quick one in between projects showing how I finish the neck part of my track suits and tees.
It’s something some people asked me and thought it could be of interest for someone else 💪🏼

Aw man I struggle so much with the small tight collars! Thank you so much! Something else I am struggling with is a hood that droops down over the face like hobgoblin or moonknight type! Any ideas?

Hey Don! Everything hoods is making them in two parts (left/right) and choosing a good shape. If you want it to hang you need to leave room in the back of it for the head. That means not only horizontal room but also vertical.If you don’t take head height into consideration, you will have a pointy end of the hood because the head can’t really be covered entirely.
I will try to put something out but I suggest you google hood patterns cause many of them have pics of final product. I found one pretty good with hanging end over the face for a red riding hood costume.
