Totaly normal mark up. In a bar where I work mark up on vines are ~300%. On beer it's only 200%, then it comes to stronger drinks it's only 100%. Wanna guess what is most popular? Wine! Coctails are 300-400%. Now for the best part. Fresly squezed juice that takes me around a minute to make is over 1000%!!! Single glass of juice is ~6€. One KILO of oranges (for example) is like 3€. From kilo of oranges I can make 4 glases of juice. So you can make same drink at home for like 80-90 cents per portion where in our bar it's like 6.50€. So yeah maybe not 1000% but that's pretty damn good then you think abaut it. Specialy that it's not a coctail where you need to be trained to make it. A freaking monkey could make that!
