3. And last but not least vocalracha (Seungmin and Jeongin) our golden voices.

All members are proficient composers and lyricists. The others may not have an incredible amount of credits compared to 3Racha, but that doesn't mean they are incapable of composing. The incredible presence of 3Racha in their total discography does not erase the presence of other members in the song creation process. All members have the ability to create melodies and put together a song, all members can write lyrics. Their solo songs are evidence enough that they have incredible composition skills along with 3Racha.

When Woojin left, the official announcement just said he quit the group "for personal reasons." No one has ever explained, so (despite rampant speculation and unconfirmed rumors) it's still a mystery.
The important thing is, as an 8-member group Stray Kids has created an incredible musical legacy since then, and they are loved by millions around the world. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

We are STAY a very spoiled fandom. We receive so much love, content, new songs from our boys. This is a group that writes songs for both the whole group and solo. They have SKZ RECORDS on TH-cam where they post solo songs. there we can see the individuality of each participant. They dedicate songs to us, where they sing about how much they love STAY. Their love for the fandom is limitless and so genuine. I will always be grateful to fate that I found such a group. they helped me in the most difficult moments of my life.
stray kids b-sides are just on DIFF-ER-ENT LEVEL for sure. that’s why you gotta dive into their work and albums. i don’t know many artist whose ENTIRW discography is this mind blowing.
Muddy water is sung by the half of stray kids who rap more, its counterpart is“Waiting for us” which is sung by the other half who sing more. Their discography is truly like no other, youll be in for a lot of surprises the more you listen, and im still at awe at how its all them who write and produce 99% of it all. Love your reactions! ❤
Artists who produce their own music will always be unique. will always sound different. Most (not all) kpop groups don't write their own songs, so to me they sound the same, and because of this I never liked kpop. but when I heard Stray Kids I went down a rabbit hole haha. and the fact that they are self-producers simply amazes me, they are super talented❤

Yes to this!! Same. I love how hands-on they are with their music, it is the very reason I started listening to them more after finding it out. Thunderous really got me and when I found out they made it themselves I was amazed now here I am. 😁
During the last song district 9 the guy with the black hair that you thought was woojin was actually Hyunjin! They all look different because this was their debut song so they’re quite younger in this MV! Woojin was singing at 24:05, 25:23 and 26:19 😊

the thing with skz is that they produce most of their songs and they try to experiment as much as they can. 3racha was the base, since the beginning. They have multiple eps from even before debuting. Chan makes most of the tracks, and Changbin and Han (mostly) write lyrics. They go from hip-hop to edm to ballads easily. Their whole discography is a masterpiece so I invite you to listen to everything lmao.

Skz are so unique. I've never seen any group like them. Muddy water that was rapped by the rapline was obviously heavily inspired by old hip hop. And yes 3racha specifically wanted their song to be a drill song.❤

Stray Kids is a very talented group, the 8 members are vocalists, the 8 members are rappers, the 8 are dancers and the 8 are visual, they don't have a mistake, 8 aces, if you look you can find videos of them 8 doing all this Well, Stray Kids has more than 400 songs and they are very versatile, they have several different styles so even long-time fans can't listen to them all but it's something incredible

The best thing about Stray kids in my opinion is that they make their own music and support each and every member with creating their own music and sound while also still coming together as a group. They do a lot of unit tracks, tracks that just feature a few members doing genres that are a little different than what they do as a group. They also let all the members create solo songs if they want. There is an entire album called SKZ replay that is almost entirely solo songs with like 2 group songs and a couple unit songs too. They also encourage all members to hone all their skills. It is my opinion that every single member of Stray kids can rap, every single member of Stray kids can sing, and every single one of them can dance and write good music as well. They are all amazing. Also I'm just going to mention something, some people might call me a hater for this but I am not a hater, I just don't like Woojin's tone of voice in Stray kids music. Something about his tone tickles my ADHD brain in an unpleasant way. So for anyone else who may feel the same way, there are 2 albums on Spotify called SKZ2020 and SKZ2021 where they re-recorded most of their older songs where they gave out Woojins lines to other members. Anything recorded before Cle` 2: Yellow Wood in June 2019 will have Woojin in it, but everything after will be without him. Again, not hating him, he's a great singer when he's singing his own music and style, but in the intensity of Stray kids music his tone of voice just sounds off to me.
Funfact: Straykids has the strongest and one of the best (if not THE best) rapline in kpop. And them producing, composing, writing their own music from debut till now and winning awards is such a flex. And yes Han's raps are crazy good along with changbin's you should listen to Cypher by changbin and I Got It by Han if you wanna hear them rap also Han being one of the best rapper in kpop isn't the only thing he is good at cuz he sings like the MAIN VOCALIST!

3RACHA is actually a group, made by Chan, Han and Changbin in 2017 (before stray kids existed). they were a hiphop/rap group and uploaded their songs on Sound cloud and TH-cam. 3racha now is a supunit of stray kids and the other supunit are named after them. That's also why they are the producer team bcs they already have so much experience and already produced EVERY 3racha song by themselves back then!
I really think you should do a guide on Stray Kids that way you won't be so lost about who is who. Once you do and continue to watch their MV you'll be able to distinguish them. Or you can always google the members off camera. But every reaction video you do about them is so authentic and awesome to see. Keep up the great work.

I’m not sure if you heard but Stray Kids was meant to be in NY this weekend for the Global Citizen Festival but Seungmin, Hyunjin, and Lee Know got into a minor car accident and can no longer attend. So 3racha is attending and they’ll be performing. They’re probably going to perform the 3racha song you guys listened to.I hope so!

hey, thanks for skz reactions! i would recommend "maze of memories", "god's ddu du ddu du" (a performance which is a mashup of blackpink's ddu du ddu du and stray kids' gods menu), "double knot" and "victory song" if you liked stray kids' rap songs. 3RACHA (bang chan, han, changbin) is a predebut sub unit of stray kids and most of the time they do rap songs. Stray kids doesnt have official postitions but we call Hyunjin, Lee Know and Felix "DanceRacha", I.N and Seungmin "VocalRacha" and ofc Changbin, Han and Chan "3RACHA". They can all rap but mostly changbin and han raps since they always rapped even before debut (honorable mentions: hyunjin, felix and bang chan). if you watch the performance, "i'll be your man by stray kids" (a song which has amazing raps and vocals) you can see Han is the ace of 4th generation. he shows his astonishing vocal skills and ofc his amazing rap skills. Also woojin is the one who comes to center in 26:18 with blueish hair

Muddy water is was a challenge so the 8 members split up to make 2 songs then performed it for us stays to choose which one we like more.
District 9 was 5 years ago because it was their debut song that they made after their survival show it’s about how they will take over with their skill and show K-pop a new generation (4th gen of K-pop)

Han Changbin and Bangchan in my opinion are some of the best rappers in kpop, they are also known as '3racha' which is the main producing team in straykids. All of them sing in skz songs but they are (especially Han and Changbin) mainly rappers. I recommend Hans 'i go it' and 3rachas 'we go' ❤

There is a lot to discover from Stray Kids, they are very good at what they do, they sing ballads and raps too, if you like rap I recommend HeyDay (3RACHA), I GOT IT (Han), We Go (3RACHA), Maze of Memories (Stray Kids OT8), The Tortoise and the Hare (Stray Kids), you can also listen to ITEM, Hall of Fame, Super Bowl, Any, ALL IN and more.
Within kpop, Han is actually most well-known for his rap (and for being one of the most talented all-rounders). While he's a great dancer and singer, he's one of the best rappers in kpop. If you want to hear more nice flows from him, check out his solos I Got It and Scissor, and a 3racha song called Heyday.
There’s a live version of the other four rapping to Muddy Water. When you said “I didn’t know Han could rap like that”, all I could think of was “wait until you see Seungmin rap that part.”
3Racha is Chan, Changbin and Han, they are the production and songwriting subunit of Stray Kids, and they were the original 3 members that they formed the group around. They wrote and performed together during training days and released a mixtape while they were still trainees, before Stray kids was ever formed. They still perform as a rap based subunit of Stray Kids and have released a lot of songs as 3Racha. They wrote the song 3Racha using a drill beat because they all wanted to try drill, and also they had several Stays who love drill a lot and they like giving Stay little gifts like that. 3Racha songs are usually much harder and more heavy rap. 3Racha is a pun on sriracha which is a spicy sauce, in a Korean accent 3 sounds kind of like sri, and they wanted to have a name that showed their music is "spicy". They are also credited as composers, songwriters and/or producers on almost all Stray Kids songs. They are the three 4th gen kpop idols with the most copyright credits on the Korean music copyright credits. Bang Chan has over 150 credits, and Changbin and Han each have over 120 credits.
Muddy Water was by the rap line subunit. Changbin, Hyunjin, Han and Felix are the official Stray Kids rapline. Changbin and Han are generally considered among the best rappers in kpop, and both of them rate among the fastest kpop rappers too. It depends on which "best kpop rappers" lists you look at, but the ones made by people who love the rap always have those two in the top 20, usually in the top ten or higher.
District 9 was their official debut song.
Woojin was one of the original members when they debuted in 2018. He left suddenly for personal reasons in 2019. The timing was pretty bad, it was right before a big comeback and their first US tour, which they had to postpone, and when they finally started the tour in early 2020, they were unable to finish it because of the pandemic shutting everything down. Neither Woojin nor Stray Kids/the JYPE comapany has ever talked about specifically why he left. Some Stays are still very angry about it, and there are lots of folks who claim he behaved very badly. There was a nasty hate campaign against him the year after he left, with people accusing him online of very bad things. No one ever brought formal charges against him or did anything more than post very nasty accusations. Several of his accusers were proven to have lied. The first woman who posted that he harassed her was not even in Korea on the date that she claimed he did it. She is now being prosecuted for defamation. (Defamation means you purposely spread lies to harm another person).
Whether you think Woojin is a terrible person or not, it's pretty clear that both Woojin and Stray Kids are better for the split. His style doesn't really fit theirs, and he never seemed comfortable with their hard-edged, loud, banger vibe or their chaotic goofy group dynamic. Woojin's solo work is ballad/vocal oriented and not necessarily what most Skz fans will like, but very nice for its style. Stray Kids really found their direction and true style after he left, although it was a very hard and difficult time for them. It was after he left that they started making their iconic songs and shooting up in popularity.
Looking back, I can't be angry at Woojin for leaving, because it turned out best for Stray Kids. Woojin has a successful solo career and has been doing a lot of acting as well, he seems happy, so i don't feel sorry for him either. I don't think he really needed to be in an internationally famous, record-breaking top level group, I think he always just wanted to be able to sing and perform good music that he loves, and make a living at it. I feel like the rest of Stray Kids members always have had their eyes set on a much higher goal, they have that burning ambition to be better than everyone else and be seen on a much wider stage. I don't think you can do that if you aren't really hungry for it, and I think there were problems because Woojin just wasn't that way, and the rest of them couldn't figure out why he wasn't willing to sacrifice everything, they way they were. But that is just what I imagine might have happened. No one outside of Woojin, Stray Kids, and the JYPE staff involved in his contract termination, will ever really know what happened, and they won't talk about it.

3Racha is the name of the producing group (Bang Chan, Changbin and Han) who were making music before Stray Kids came together and released songs on Sound Cloud. 3Racha is a homonym of Sriracha - the hot sauce. In the song 3Racha, Bang Chan also made a reference to the hot sauce in his lyrics when he spoke of the Scoville scale. Han and Changbin actually went to Bang Chan and asked him to create a drill beat because they wanted to try it. So this is the first time they ever did a drill beat and as far as I know, the last as they haven't released (so far) another song where they did it.
District 9 was their official debut song (Hellevator was their first released MV, but it was released as part of the show that formed them - Bang Chan made the group but they were put through a grinder to see if they would all debut together and Hellevator was the first song they made together as a group). Yes - that was Felix at the end. However the member that you stopped the video on at 27:23 is Hyunjin. Woojin was at 25:23. As others have said, he left for personal reasons and then got smeared thru the mud due to people hating that he left the group. Accusations against him were proved false. He took some time away and then came back as a soloist. I personally don't hate nor like him - I got into Stray Kids around the time Circus was released. I appreciate his vocals in early songs, but I personally think it was best he left the group if he wasn't happy. The members truly picked themselves back up and shown and I think grew into who they are today because he isn't there. If he remained in the group, I think Stray Kids may be different than who they are today. As I'm very happy with who they are right now, I'm glad he left.

3racha is the producing unit of SKZ they mainly create all Stray Kids music some with the other members as well or other producers in the industry. They mainly rap as a unit and known as the rap unit although that line is blurred out in Stray Kids cause everyone can pretty much do everything rap, dance and sing.
I suggest you watch Secret secret MV to see them all sing and Maze of Memory(SKZ 2021) for all of them rapping. Stray kids is bunch of really talented guys. You'll be surprise how diverse their music is and Yes those 1st 2 songs should be considered as K-hiphop but still referred to k-pop because it becoming a general term now for all music in Korea specially coming from a boy/girl group. There are a lot of Korean songs that are far from being pop yet it is still called K-pop cause it's what became popular.
Regardimg Woojin he left the group at 2019 for personal reasons that no one really knew. No one also talked about him anymore but I personally don't hate him although I can't say that for every Stay. He is doing his solo stuff now.

I know you have a lot of comments to read 😜 but here´s one more 🤗 3Racha is the foundation of Stray Kids, they are the produce unit creating the beats, lyrics, composing, choosing line distribution, naming their songs and albums, concepts, almost everything!! Of course, they have the help of other producers but even in that case, they´re heavily involved in everything. Because of that, they and we (as a fandom) started creating other Rachas 🤪 like DanceRacha and VocalRacha (officially), and paboRacha, CuteRacha, etc. (unofficially) that means a little group inside Skz that have something in common. DanceRacha have some song they created themselves like Wow and Taste (you´re going to love them 🤯🤯🤯) and VocalRacha have My Universe and Let Me Love You. They have solo projects too (all of them) and a lot of time they do projects with 2 or 3 members like Because I Like You (Changbin and Felix), Red Lights (Bang Chan and Hyunjin), Maknae on Top (I.N., Bang Chan and Changbin), etc. They use a lot of genres in their songs so they are very versatile (even in one song they change the beat and genre). That´s why they now created their own genre called Mala Taste (Google it) you will never get bored with Stray Kids bc they´re always experimenting. Here are some of my favorites (B sides) if you want to look for them: Boxer (practicing version, the choreo is REALLY GOOD), Chronosaurus, Double Knot, Maze of Memories, B Me, Top, Neverending Story, Taste, Silent Cry, and I think I´ll stop right there 😁 Last thing, there are compilations of the best Changbin and Han raps 😬🥴😳 OMG these guys together are EXPLOSIVE!!

Woojin’s solo song Still Dream is pretty amazing. Otherwise he’d already left the group when I got into SKZ so I have no emotional attachment to him. I can’t dislike him either based on rumors or just because he might’ve ended in bad terms with SKZ. Innocent until proven guilty of something heinous.
And for recommendations, I’d definitely LOVE to see your reaction to the group rap The Tortoise and the Hare. You’ll either love it or think it’s too much. Other raps from them are Zone, Topline, Heyday, We Go, Maze of Memories, and N/S (funny video). Han’s solo I Got It too, and Changbin’s “Mirror Mirror” collaboration with Thai rappers Milli and F. Hero. They’re all good. And Han and Changbin are such amazing rappers 🤤

"Levanter" is such a special song for stray kids and the fandom. it was the first song without woojin and it was a really hard time for the members. "Lonely St." holds a special spot in my heart it's a song that someone can relate to and it hits different. when new fans think of stray kids they think of "noisy" and hype music but stray kids isn't only that! they can do everything from rap to vocals and they actually have 40+ different genres of music in their discography!
3racha is a play on words with the hot sauce sriracha - those words are pronounced exactly the same in Korean.
3racha existed before SKZ are were a rap trio. Chan created SKZ using 3racha as foundation and now 3racha are the main producers and song writers for Stray Kids.
3racha is the only official unit (you will also see this word in the credits), but STAYs like the idea and started giving names to other possible combinations of members, adding -racha at the end.
the most well known are DanceRacha and VocalRacha, but there are also GymRacha, MeowMeowRacha, HoneyRacha, CookieRacha etc.
Woojin has left due to personal reasons. He and skz have had a good run together, but now he's solo! Please support him during his solo career, tho!🫶🏾💕

I you like rap stray kids is definitely your group! Some other songs that goes hard are: "freeze " "easy" or "item". Check them out!. And yes there is more rap and different sound in their b-sides than in the music videos than you watched until now, since those were "title tracks" so the more mainstream songs of their albums.

25:23 Woojin, 27:17 Hyunjin lol I wasn't a fan at the time that Woojin was in skz but listening to their old songs shows me that he added a lot to the group, it's sad that he left. Yeah you wouldn't expect some of these songs to be from skz but they are and they are well done, skz puts a lot of thought and time into their work which is why they are the best. Vocally I prefer ateez but skz wins in every other category, they work so well together and put 100% in every time. I haven't listened to much pop or rap in my life but when I learned about skz and the work they put into their music it got me interested and now I listen to a decent amount of kpop, the messages aren't as bad as what you hear in the US either, but just like all genres of music there is a sea of trash and very few gems(skz on top).
