Do those cars have torque converter?Because there's a lot of trans fluid inside the torque converter , and can you do a flush on those? Thanks ..
To flush the torque converter out you would have to do a transmission fluid flush on the car. This Toyota Vibe has over 300,000 miles on it, so we felt more comfortable just changing the transmission filter and refilling with transmission fluid. Thanks for checking out or channel. Have a great day!

Yes it is the original transmission. The transmission filter was changed every 30,000-40,000 miles. This Pontiac Vibe has over 300,000 miles on it and is still going strong. This is why it is important to change the transmission filter at the recommended service intervals.

I do not, BUT if you go to your local dealer they should be able to order them for you.

You may want to buy some fluid right from the parts counter at GM. They can hook you up with the OE transmission fluid for it. Hope this helps you out.

it is just regular wheel bearing grease.

This would only apply to an automatic transmission.
What is the torque did you applied?
We just snugged the bolts up by hand. The torque specs are probably online.
@@HomeOwnerRepair I did mine with filter 90inxlb; pan 50inxlb. Rubber gasket glued to pan with red silicone before reinstating. And atf was dexron-VI.
What happens when the grease seeps to the inside?
Nothing it's fine.
