Very good idea for a video. You should do it for all the movies in the series. I would also do 5 things that are bad, but the negativity attracts negativity.
All good points. Would have loved it if Bond pulled out the lighter from "License To Kill" and lit and smoked cigar right before getting blown up. That would of been cool.
For the first hour of the film ,up to the end of the Cuba scene, you think you could be watching a great Bond movie, 'And then it all goes wrong! ' just like Blofelds plan to kill Bond in Cuba. ps I love your suede jacket
To me NTTD was 2/3 of a good movie. But when Bond got to Safin's island it went off the rails and stayed off the rails. Culminating with the most unsatisfying ending of any movie I've ever watched--Bond movie or not. The ending was inexcusable unless they intended to kill the franchise. And maybe they did...
Great video!! All very good points! I think No Time to Die gets a lot of hate, but there's a lot to love in it. Honestly, the movie works so well up until the scene with Blofeld. After that, Safin and Bond don't have a lot of reason to pursue each other and the plot falls apart. And I think with a little thought, and some extra dialogue they could have written a compelling reason for Bond to go after Safin... At least all of the sequences are good! It's a shame it went that way for Craig's last movie. Would have loved to see him go out in a movie of the calibre of Skyfall. I NEED to add that Seamaster to my collection! 😍
All 5 on point! I would add the great dialog, acting, stunts, directing and production design, especially Bond's house in Jamaica, which is spectacular! In fact all of the Jamaica scenes were great. I also loved the glider scene of Bond and Nomi dropping in on Saffin's lair. My favorite scene was the continuous stairwell fight at the end, which I would put up there with the parkour scene from CR. There is a lot to love from this film. Why does it not get so much love from Bond fans? Well Saffin was underdeveloped, they did not make his evil pilot clear and it takes some detective work from the audience to suss it out, in a Bond film that's so unnecessary. And yeah, the end. Even though I don't have a problem with it in the context of Craig's story arc, I would have preferred they had not done it.
Bro. I honestly don’t understand the negative comments. It’s an amazing film. Only thing bad about it is the damn ending. Like one other person mentioned that is unwatchable for me also 😢😢😢.
It's Craig's best simply because finally it goes somewhat back to the Bond formula. Especially Matera even the pre-title scenes are all good and of course maybe the only thing all Bond fans agree the Cuba scene. The end is terrible but so is Moonraker in space with laser, so what?
✅Matera - No doubt. I mean the town is beautiful, the action is great, but to your point : it doesn"t make any sense, it's not really related to anything else. But hey, it happenened to previous Bond films. I won't complain. ❌The 'Horror Picture' style - nowadays, especially in movies with such a budget, it is easier and simpler to make impressive shots. Would I call them beautiful? No. Some cheaper real horror movies have done ten times better. ❌The Omega watch - I couldn't care less about it. ❌Léa Seydoux - I'm French, so I hate her. 😂 Vesper Lynd is ten times better again. As a character, as an actess. Again.😁 ❌Cuba scene - So in this scene, James Bond is changing clothes and ... asking a beautiful woman not to look at him. I get that this is a joke, but it is totally disconnected from the character. It is a parody. And further proof that this is not Bond anymore, it is Daniel Craig's life mixed with an action movie.

Very true

Would've loved that!
Great video Luke! It's funny, I just re-watched NTTD this past weekend. There is a lot to like in that film, and I agree the Cuba scene is the best!

@@davidnorris3131 agreed! And thanks, it's actually the RGT from the garage scene!

Agreed with that!
I think it already started going slightly wrong when Felix Leiter died

Love it. Couldn’t agree more.
Great film.

Great point. Loved the Jamaica house!
jamaica, matera, the garage, but man i hate how long we spend in London.
The garage is a great one
Can’t forget about the Adidas collection swagger!

@@fmor4133 excellent points. Not the first Bond movie with a bad ending
I havent seen the ending again since the first time.
Only good thing is that Craig never gets to besmirch the role again
This unfortunate film is a festering blemish on the well chiseled behind of the franchise...best forgotten if it hasn't already been.
Love the movie but the death of Bond didn’t do it for me and the female 007 💀
Agreed. The death will never be a good part
Craig’s run should have ended with Skyfall
= nothing 😉
NOTHING!!!!😂😂😂except no more Craig😂😂😂

Absolutely goddamn nothing.
Nothing...
