Amazing restoration job, looks showroom ready! Know these guys are masters of their trade when the vehicle doesn't even look like it's ever been crashed. If anyone wants to know the Obd scan tool he used to reset the codes on this Porsche it's a Autel MaxiCom Mk808 Diagnostic Scan Tool. You can buy one of these awesome devices from Amazon for $479.00 they are a godsend for the automotive enthusiast, or whoever wants to reset codes, or just wants to know whats going on with their vehicle.
Awesome video, like always. I'm an IT guy, but I do like skilled artists that bring back to life badly injured supercars. 😁 Keep those videos coming. 🤗🤗🤗
Great! I guess you checked and rectified the chassis geometry, right? With that kind of front offside crash the body must have been twisted. Back to life 911R ! Well done guys ! Спасибо!
It was a bot. No bidder on the same day, the same time, they same need to ever bid so rapidly that you have no choice of winning by that large price amount. The algorithm maybe made with Python for sure.
Ciao hai fatto un ottimo lavoro di carrozzeria👏👏 io ho una Porsche 992 GT3 Touring, che monta lo stesso motore 4.0 litri aspirato! É una macchina fantastica, 9000 rpm, 500 HP! ❤❤ ciao buon lavoro dall' italia👍
Market value around 300k to 400k usd, and with well rebuild title, x60% 180k to 240k. Due to how rare it is, it may worth more, appreciated for sharing that nice and clean job~
Another incredible video! you sure do deserve some awards for your amazing work! I hope that big name sponsors like 3M are watching you and signing up to support you! Keep up the amazing work!
What a deal. Such a rare car with minor damage for half of the price. And the best part is the most of the parts are interchangeable with other models.
V I asked b4 and you mentioned previous that you could provide the repair costs....I know it's a lot of work already you do for these videos (and thx), providing the ballparks would be a great reference point. Thanks again.
Holy washing technique, that hurt my eyes to watch, marring and potential scratching everywhere but that’s just the professional detailer in me cringing. Apart from the detailing sins committed, unbelievable effort and amazing result! You never would have known the thing was in an accident, it looks incredible!
LuX Mods When washing a car, the correct procedure is a somewhat long and specific series of pre-rinse steps to ensure that there is the absolute least amount of contaminants on the paint when you go in for a contact wash to avoid the dreaded swirls and to preserve the condition of the paint and remove 100% of the dirt in a safe manner. This video did not display such steps lol. I’m a professional detailer to it’s probably just me, but it truly is all in the details
And is not the only problem in the video. The 991 R it's the only 991 that have the front fenders in carbon fiber, as you can see at 3:29 when the man put out the old "cracked", but at 8:35 you can cleary see that is replaced with a metal fender from a normal Gt3 !!
@@fenix_group8726 Aaaand the fact that they plugged in the airbag with the car turned on and the battery plugged in. It still is an impressive build, I wouldn't have done it better haha
it is the same color. Silver is one of the worst colors when it comes to judging it on photos/videos. If you look for a silver painted car on pictures, you will often get the impression, that the doors, hoods, bumper have a different shade than the rest when in reality they match perfectly. The lighting is often causing the confusion. You will see this on mint cars which never had a paintjob done on them.
Seems like the car was sold on before it was even finished? I wonder what a crashed, salvage 911R is worth? These cars went crazy high after they came out, then hit the skids when the GT3 Touring was released. Repair looks pretty good. I don't think most 911R buyers want a crash damaged car though. In 10 years, after enjoying it and driving it 50,000 miles, no one will care and someone saved a shit ton of money. If you're going to drive and enjoy it, who cares. Love this car, instant classic.
I believe that turning on the machine has made you happy because with the profit from the sale it will certainly be greater than the total expense. this 911 r is very rare, enjoy It Sorry for my bad English
In Switzerland you could sold it for at least double the price (incl repair costs). Price range goes from 350k to 400k USD for an used 911 R with low mileage. 🤩
@@truejayoh Not necesseraly, Swiss prices for german cars are comparable with german prices. It depends on the actual exchange rate EUR/CHF but the difference is usually 5 - 10%. And if you consider that models for the Swiss market often come with a better standard equipment or enhanced warranty services the price difference is even smaller.
It makes me happy that a car that special is back on the road.
Fascinating to watch that AND see the craftsmanship let along knowing how the heck to take those things to pieces, really impressive.
This is exactly what I’m saying! This is a massive project, very much like putting a puzzle together! You are a magician extraordinaire!!!
I always wonder how you guys can remember the places of the huge amount of screws. Amazing job
Yeah i feel like they probably have an outline and seperate the screws into baggies depending on their location.
They should be bagged and tagged with each piece. Sometimes, they just order new hardware.
No, pros remember. They have the ability to remember and logics to where to fit them. Not panic like the rest of us.
They just look back at the recording lmao
It’s easy
Excellent watch. My preferred color combo on the R 911 is the white with the green stripes, I can dream, can’t I..
Dr. Vlad you saved another Porsche so it can have a long life! Outstanding repair! I am looking forward to the next video!

Hard colour to match , and shows
She looks beautiful. Nice work on the 911R. It's rare, but awesome. Keep up the good work.
Good job guys! missing the "porsche" decal on right side.
You can see it at the end in the carporn, leftside decal is removed.
I live in Vietnam. I love your videos. they made me feel careful in traffic.
Watched the whole rebuild when you did it customer got very rare car that looked like it came out the showroom excellent care and finish
Great! I guess you checked and rectified the chassis geometry, right? With that kind of front offside crash the body must have been twisted. Back to life 911R ! Well done guys ! Спасибо!

Vlad, INCREDIBLE JOB my friend!!!
Holy chit!
From 120 to 167.. imagine if the "Florida" bidder is just a Copart bot.
dudes in India are constantly developing bidding algorithms that on average bot bid up prices by 20% .. Copart making Millions!!

-No comment-I could come up with for this ☝️ comment...
THIS IS A 911R (one of 991) - even 20000$ would have been theft
The other bidder was Tavarish.
Fantastic Job ! Hello from Switzerland and what a shame that your company isn't here !!!
Молодцы что умеете делать своими руками. Так держать!
Saw it in the background of another video; knew this was an upcoming video - I saw this car on Copart and wondered what it sold for: now I know!
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Well, now you know, right?
I'm moved by little curiosity, which was the selling price after the rebuilt? 😅
What amazes me is how fast they work. Amazing stuff
Awesome video... Highly educational
I’m watching your show from another country! Great job
Very Very good 👍👏

Colour on front bumper and on other body is completely different.
17:54 is scary....
I think it's bc of the angle and where the light is coming from...
Para choque prata, carro cinza, bem bosta
17:43 the front bumper colour is not matching the rest of the car
17:54 too

Goozquad would've extended this to 10 videos of "dang" "son" and "OEMs."
They are the pioneers and lving large now. I admire the guys. Niw ding a helicopter LOL
Cause those cocksuckers can't rebuild anything. They milk it for TH-cam. LNC actually repairs cars for a living.
Mo Karney have some respect they do their best and have fun doing it
