@@ashman999 I actually decided to get the mid muffler delete and love it, I do still love the stock sound but it got to where it just wasn’t loud enough, but I kept my resonators on and it sounds really good and is louder but still has a lower rumble
I had this done to my 14 RT and it sounds perfect, I did keep the resonators on to avoid most of the highway drone. It sounds immensely better. It also felt like I had much better throttle response, however that might be psychological due to being able to hear the exhaust tone, where with stock mufflers it was almost silent under throttle.
We do this to every V8 Charger that we sell. I'm a wholesale auto dealer in Michigan and my dealers all love it. We also do the Pedal Commander. Great video!

Bro it’s a huge difference I have a 22 Rt charger and I loved the stock exhaust but after I got the mids cut out it’s a different animal . You really notice when you floor it and coldstarts or when your beside another RT that’s stock it’s sounds so much more aggressive
It’s nice at idle and low speed but when you floor it it literally sounds like it’s having its nuts pinched. Goes up about 3 octaves instead of keeping that throaty growl.
Great job! Sound dope. After time the fiberglass will burn out make louder noise. The resonators are small straight pipe inside with fiberglass just like a borla exhaust x1 racing muffler.

My boss did the mid muffler delete to his scat pack wide body, sounds great! probably a bit louder than my RT was, and he’s had no problems at the dealership. it doesn’t affect the warranty
I don't know if you're manually shifting or not...but from shifting sounds, sometimes sounds like trans in normal mode in before, & sounds like sport mode or manually shifting in others.

Now get rid of the resonators and throw some Flowmaster Super HP2s on there! Thats called a catback performance exhaust. Better yet than leaving those resonators as performance mufflers.

Thatta boy. Resonators are not performance mufflers. Ever see a resonator sound comparison video? Or the wide variety of resonators available to buy? Nope.
So your car has 2 cats, then it flows thru a set of mufflers side by side, then it flows thru the resonators, then out the tail pipe....right? So why are they called mid mufflers when you only have 1 set of mufflers? Its just a muffler delete.
Because people commonly call those resonators mufflers and/or get the two confused, it’s easier to say mid muffler when deleting the mufflers that are in the middle of the exhaust🤷🏼♂️

Yes, factory exhaust and just deleted the mid muffler’s.

I had the AES simulator kit so the valves were always open and I’m pretty sure it was in sport mode
