I was laying in bed feeling melancholy and the exact starry background in your video started playing in my head and I got a lot of peace. Best way I can describe it was it was like a 'nothingness" experience. I was looking at the center and pictured that the black/nothingness was actually me and the stars was all the stuff I mistook myself to be. However, the only way I could see the nothingness is if the stars/ego identities were there to differentiate it. So the false identities helped me to see the real identity. Idk if what I am saying makes any sense at all. A few days later I came across this video and the starry background is what I experienced. I have never heard of Mr. krishnamurti until today.
His teachings are for the 'advanced stages' of self awareness. For deeply ignorant men meditation techniques are necessary to remove obstacles that cause ignorance of the truth. After sufficient removal of ignorance truth will start to dawn on the sadhak and everything will start to happen by itself.
Practice makes mind mechanical and dull. And there are no techniques to meditate. What you are saying is already in the field of knowledge. There is nothing such as meditation in real sense.
@@jatinrajmusic yes it is in the field of knowledge like everything that can be known or articulated. Meditation techniques (as in Bhairava Tantra etc) are used to break the mechanical patterns of mind as it is deeply mechanical with the majority of people. I see your point. After sufficient removal of obstacles (mechanical patterns) of mind, real meditation can happen. As real meditatin is always happening here and now eternally. But the mechanical mind misses this ongoing meditation by keeping the personal drama alive.
The illusion, as u call it, is within The Real. These are not separate thinks. It is the analytic tinkink 💭 which creates this difference and sends u on the merry go round
