This man’s words have changed my life to say the least. I did heroin for 22 years and have done way too much time in prison. One way or another the synchronicity brought my path to him. Ty universe almighty

I am currently struggling myself with addiction and have been in and out of jail since I was 16, now 30....at this point am just hoping that one day it kills me outright....the world nowadays is truly a disturbing time to be alive but also an interesting one as well.
Drugs(meth) help my ADHD brain to slow down because doctors won't prescribe me ADHD medication that works because I am an addict....see the contradiction and the predicament I am in? If I'm not high my brain goes too fast and won't stop thinking and anymore those thoughts are VERY dark towards myself. So I can't get clean without being properly medicated but I won't be medicated because I use drugs to medicate myself when the doctors won't....FML

Alan Watts is greater than western culture itself for me. No other western Philospher is better than him when it comes to explaining and teaching.

He is one of my teachers amongst a small group of teachers who where humble enough not to refer to themselves as masters, their students do, that's how you recognize a Master.
Nice fact: they recently found out and record how plants communicate through a to the human eye an invisible mist.

We live in a word built Uni-verse (unified verses = narrative).
Words are frequencies in resonant alignment with their referent frequencies.
Words are the smallest atomic unit if narratives.
Every perception is to some extent memory. Every memory is to some extent imagination. Perceived narratives are the outcome.
Our world to view mirrors our worldview. Our worldview is a narrative. To change the narrative, change perspective.
Every choice we make generates a corresponding timeline of experience. Is the resulting narrative a limit or a creative guideline? No wrong answer - only another choice.

I have seen quite a few comments here to the distracting nature of the sounds of ice cubes clinking in a glass, So I will offer an alternate possibility. A lot of people jump to the conclusion that it's a highball that he's drinking, but quite often he wore beads and varieties of pendants.

Quite true. Languages have got a frame and this frame grew in the last centuries. There was a time when nobody had understood the meaning of plethora. Today all the Greek expressions have been included. But what is the meaning of Sachchidananda or Mahashakti ? The whole wisdom of Sanskrit is unknown in the English language today. This limitation of the English language will cease when the expressions of the Sanskrit language entered into the English language.

There is something in this background that sounds very much like ice cubes in a glass and something in Dr Watt’s presentation and in his chuckle that cause me to imagine he might have been 3 sheets in the wind at the time of this lecture. I understand he was very fond of his scotch and his pipe. Do you see what I mean? Is it my imagination or is it possible…?

True love (eternal life) is unconditional love (Holy Spirit), who Loves and nourishes all things but does not lord it over them and accomplishes merits and lays no claim to it
But Goody-goodys (religious) are theives (murderers) of virtue (love: God: unconditional love: eternal life: Jesus Christ)

There's literally an option to tell youtube not to recommend a video. Here's an idea, stop clicking on the videos you don't want to watch, and definitely don't leave comments. It's not youtube doing that, it's you.
