I have a dual zone water furnace for about 15.5 years that has gone through maybe a dozen damper actuators in that time. Is this normal for a dual zone Water Furnace? I have the same type of Water Furnace control board like in this video but my actuators are different from the ones I saw in your video. If this isn't normal then could the model of actuator be my issue for going through so many actuators?
Do you have any idea on how much the WaterFurnace 7 series geo heat pump box cost? I know they don't sell them to the public but I was offered a chance to buy one if I sign a contract but they never disclosed their prices up front and I feel embarrassed to walk away from the deal because of the price surprise, I just want to have an idea on how much their equipment cost before I engage.
I hated zone systems for houses. Wait until it breaks. They'll regret not having two or three small systems. We have plenty of two story homes where low ballers intalled a "duct booster" for the upstairs. It consists of a second thermostat upstairs connected to a relay and 12" round axial fan, sometimes installed in a square duct. Ha. The homeowner buys the house, thinking they have two systems, the con artist builder tells the buyers that his HVAC guy err Hack installed a "Revolutionary" new type of system for the upstairs. Then the Hacks don't even install a return in the upstairs ceiling.

It's most likely the way that they are installed
Or could be the model of actuator
I like the honeywell
I'm not a fan of zoned system we already have enough airflow problems
Lot of problems with air flow and zoning I agree Aaron
