Idk why everyone’s bashing Suzuki. Ricky Carmichael won championships on his RM250 and RMZ450. Travis Pastrana rode Suzuki for countless years. Ryan Dungey won a couple championships on Suzuki as well. They’re solid bikes. My RM250 was crisp. I’m with it man sick rebuild 🤛🏻✊🏻 🔥
Nice build on the bike. Your little girl is cute.....my wife and I raised 3 daughters and a son. They all went dirt biking with us. Now they're grown and moved quite far away. Enjoy while you can. tom P.S. My daughters always worked on bikes with me.....now I have three engineers. My son preferred computers and is a whiz in that field.

Good point on taking pictures.....I used to build carburetors for drag racers and some of them had mods that were not like others.....a picture saves your butt many times. I see your daughter is helping you. I had 3 daughters and one of them always was in on the rebuild of anything I was doing. She also was my most common family member to go riding with me.....she now has her doctorate in engineering......can't keep from learning! Many times when she was little I had to move her little blond head out of the way to see what I was doing.....good times! Each of my bikes used to get this treatment (more or less) each season.....I guess I was hard on equipment in those days.......LOL I see your thumbnail got in the way of something......I can lend you some choice Czech words that help with the pain..........! Used them a few times myself! I silently bless the guy who invented blue Loctite every time I use the stuff....I'm sure he has a free pass to Heaven.....Him and whoever invented Nylock nuts.

Hey, can you make a video how to rebuild an engine in a 2 stroke dirtbike? I would buy a dirtbike 50ccm and i want to completly rebuild him, the engine too. My english is not so great but i think that you understand what i said.
You mounted the radiator brackets on the wrong side. It's why you had to drill them. Still an awesome build. Enjoyed the video and learned quite a lot.

That's rad you let your daughter help a little bit. You probably have non-mechanically inclined friends as well whos story is something like, 'I would have when I was a kid, but dad just told me to stay out of the way.' What you're doing will prevent that and make her very independent as a young adult. Nice build! :)

@@dirtniron i really have nothing against 4 strokes they are great bikes but i grew up on 2 strokes so you know how that is, first new bike was a 86 Yamaha Bigwheel 80 when i was 11 then 2 months later had a new 86 Cr80 and got bit by the 2 stroke bug, also had a 78 Suzuki SP370 4 stroke when i was 13 in 1989

i had new bolts for this build, but the frame bolts that hold the engine were all polished on the wheel
