- The Hero XPulse 200T is the touring variant of the adventure motorcycle that we saw earlier at the Indian AutoExpo. It now gets road tyres, a taller windscreen, bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and a more comfortable seat. We find out more, and also, when it's slated for launch.

This bike doesn't have oil cooler or liquid cooling system! How this bike will manage long tours?

never will go for himalayan. that's a fault bike from RE, you can ask it to any himalayan owners and how they complain about their bikes. i will get ktm adventure 390 or the pulse200t whatever comes first.
Xpulse may be ok for offroad. But 200 is barely adequate for extensive touring. Xpulse will not satisfy the Himalayan and KTM crowd.
People will buy it for actually what it is... People like you destroy the biking community.
Well I am a Himalayan owner... And I must say I'm fully satisfied with it.. it is made for offroading and it does it's job very nicely.😊😊

I would have sold my Himalayan and get an Xpulse. But 200cc is too small for touring. I have covered 6000km from Nepal to Manali and back. I would not dream of doing such trip on anything less than a 350cc bike.
True... And this bike looks like having speed instead of much torque which is needed in mountainous terrain...

I just wanted to know the bike which is standing on the left side?
Riding in mumbai is itself an adventure, i hope this bike will make daily commuting comfortable with its nice suspension setup, right riding posture , slim designed ( easy for parking) and fuel efficient engine.
This is will be the most fuel efficient and most "Reliable", Cheap Touring motorcycle in India or any where else. Hope it gets a good gearbox and lil bit of punch to it. Hero knows its audience.

There better be a different gearbox. The current 5 speeder which tops at 115 Kmph, lets the mill down.

*Quick acceleration is not important for a touring bike but the torque is very important at low RPM*

The best thing that Hero has got if it hits the Touring segment is itS Service network... and not to mention Heros are quite reliable AF.
CaptainTwoFace impulse owners can answer this question 🤣. Most of the hero service center is capable to service their 100 cc bikes. And if the bike is not sold well then they will stop producing spare parts for this bikes. Very risky to buy premium bikes from hero
It is true that Indian manufacturers fail miserably at providing service and spares for their premium products, i have tasted that up close as i own a Bajaj D400 and their after sales service is pathetic, but this particular Hero motorcycle has the same engine as of Xtreme so i guess it won't be a problem for Hero when it comes at providing spares and service

Guys don't misunderstand this bike as the final output coming before March 2019. Powerdrift should have been wise in making this video which they failed.
Xpulse adventure that we have been seeing for a year is launching as it looks. The bike 200T is just a concept that might launch alongside Xpulse adventure.

Bhai mereko daily up n down 70 km travel karke office jana padta hai..aap suggest karo na ki kaunsi bike lena chahiye mujhe in terms of riding quality, comfort, milage and offcourse engine reliability.

For comfort i must say u go for xpluse 200T and on long routes it provide good milege
Hey Powerdrift. See that 200T concept in the back. Its 2023 now. After 4 years. Nothing of this sort came out. Now TVS also showed its Ronin SCR concept, even the grey & yellow colours are same...who knows if that would ever be released. Lets come back in 4 years and find out. 🙂
Bike looks bit incomplete.. They should have added tank shrouds to make it look better apart from that everything looks good..

As with the Impulse, the engine/gearing is going to be the weakest link. The narrow powerband of the engine, short gearing, and absence of 6th gear set an example of how to waste 18 odd horses.
Investing in a dominar is better i guess... Long distances are a breeze with a 4 valve, +170cc above the xpulse, dual channel ABS, full led headlights, and more
