Going by the track record of Hero, this would turn out to be a better motorcycle than the Himalayan, which has been plagued with reliability and quality issues . Considering the fact that Himalayan was supposed to be a totally new motorcycle, RE ought to have worked on their weaknesses of the Classic lineup, but no. They give the same crappy quality in a new package -_-
I agree mostly but himalayan sure is better than the other crap RE makes usually.
I am not understand why this bike is not oil cooled or liquid cooled Fuel injected with switchable 2 Dual channel ABS .

Hero has postponed x pulse launch to next year March.. Now who can tell them it's pretty enough time to make a serious competitive bike with 400cc 6 speed gearbox bike.. Rest of the requirements are already on the chassis of 200 cc .. Hero make a good 400 x pulse.. you can chase Atleast 6 bikes off the road or else !!! Good luck to Yr marketing team on 200cc !

Does that irritates pillion?
The exhaust won't come in the way of the pillion it looks like properly placed. We can only know about comfort when it's launched. But hero bikes are always comfortable so I think this should be to.

On first look it looks copy of Himalayan, from front forks to front tyre design even the tail portion is same as himalayan. Even with smaller displacement engine they couldn't keep the seat height close to 800mm unlike Himalayan, so in turn kudos to Royal Enfield for making such a purpose built machine and that to considering the average Indian height.
Gypsy Traveller isn't Himalayan a copy off some other adventure tourers. Get over this bullshit. There are lots and lots of noobs like you who say this is copied that is copied. But u shit head don't understand practicality of a design. Or Tere jeso ko hi budget pricing me tiger or BMW adventure tourer chahiye kya

both are different products . Himalayan is heavy adv tour or with off road capacity but not an offroad bike. where as xpulse is a offroad bike with on and off-road capicity which have some touring ability aswell.

1.2 lacs is expensive for this motorcycle. I would prefer to put more money and buy a Dominar 400 or Himalayan. Adventure touring on a 200cc motorcycle is very slow.

Pradeep kid yu not this has smaller engine but it will definitely better for cruising as compared to himalayan (Vibrator), definitely more reliable and vfm bike.. Sweet spot 100 to 110. Its ok for india
Namgyal namgyal , If they launch it at 1 lac rupees ,then add 10 to 15% on that and you get on road price. I believe the onroad price is going to float around 1.2 lacs.
