400 000 to 700000 for a simple home in the desert with no water or contaminated water lol. This is about houses not community.
Seems like you'll always be subject to hearing other people's barking dogs.
How nice you don't have the local background of how much this growth has bastardized this whole area with the increase in accidents, crime and traffic. Not to mention the infrastructure hasn't kept up to accommodate all the growth. How about you get into the politics of all the HOA's here? Guess you just want to grab your part of the real estate gold rush going on.
