Its a shame that the official soundtrack CD version of the Prelude used here never even gets through the full song loop once; such a great song deserves to breathe longer
Possibly the best FF OST in terms of how the music sets the mood for the narrative's themes and arguably has the best usage of leitmotif in the series (aside from VI)

I loved that this game was so epic that it had not one, not two, but _three_ ending theme songs.
