This has been my favorite racquet ever! I had my most wins so far because of this racquet. I am about to buy a second one of this. I strung mine at 45 with Hyper G 19g.
@@rob-bu3yw aero 98 fits my playstyle more. Ezone 98 is a power and comfort racquet and is a 16x19 pattern. Aero 98 is a spin racquet with 16x20 pattern .
amazing racquet, just got one today and played practice with it. can't say it's better than VS.. VS is extremely quick but this one is softer and very solid .. very easy groundstrokes, a lot of power, easy spin but can do flat shot when needed.
@@Bambotb I can’t say yet as both are great. I will give 98 some time and then will decide if I switch. My VS and 98 are exactly on spec. Identical weight… though VS is much better in maneuverability. 98 feels almost as slow as 100. But 98 is very stable so you can just accelerate it little less and hit through the ball. VS feels more professional but 98 seems easier to play with. Love both :)
This is not the racquet that Alcaraz and Rune use. They use the old version (Pure Aero VS). This new version uses the same mould but has a different layup.
How does it compare to the Pure Strike 16x19? According to the specs, hey have the same head size, weight, swingweight and almost the same beam thickness and stiffness. They are quite similar in balance as well (6 pts HL for the Pure Aero vs 4 pts for Pure Strike). Does the 16x20 pattern of the Aero 98 make that much of a difference over the 16x19 of the Pure Strike?
In regards to Babolat, I don't think it's ATT that does the matching. It's Babolat who claim the matching if you buy two. I have no idea how ATT claims they do matching with other manufacturers. I'd be interested to know myself.
Baffles me how the stringbed is less dense than the the 2023 aero 100 yet the 98 is the control racket 🧐 iv played with with both the vs and the 98 and they feel very similar, almost identical. Anyone calling out differences are just splitting hairs
i bought it as ntrp 3.5 and now i play like alcaraz , the racquet make this posibile, i am really considering at making the switch to pro players from amateur,i dont even had to play anymore its enough to show my racquet and bring all pro stock gears with me and all my oponents are thinking this guy will going to kick my ass/
Hi, I have both Pure Aero 2023 100 and 98 rackets. I love the 100 one it fits perfectly well my Power Spin game. I strung it with Head Lynx Tour 18GG at 46lbs. However after 3 hours of playing, my arm got sore and felt a little Tennis Elbow the next day eventhough they have lower stiffness down to 65. Can you recommend any stringing combo to save my arm on this racket? Thanks.
@@cronny3974 the 100 model is easier to play generating easy power and spin and more forgiving but I prefer the 98 as it is whippier , and serving is amazing.

They both switched.
@@hattorihanzo158 We never know. Old racquet with new paint job is extremely common for the pros
@@rbutthamilton Both racquets have the same specs. The only difference I've read is that the 2023 has a slightly softer feel.
You should've done a Review between Aero 98 x Drive 98, once the playtester tried both
Can you compare ezone tour. Also control on flat shots
Awesome in-depth video review! Is Sahej going to make the switch from his PA100+ ? What is the string, gauge, and tension used for the playtest?
How does aero 98 compare to ezone tour
What tension do you use ? Can you name few strings than can blend with this one ?
Your reviews are really good, recommend you invest in a better mic if possible, because the background noise is quite distracting.
Nice review, thanks!

They feel quite different imo - more spin from the aero vs, more power from the strike
Could you please elaborate on the ATT matching service?

Do you like the 2023 100 or 2023 98 better? These are my top rackets which I want to buy, I'm leaning towards the 2023 Pure Aero 98.
