Yes..Battambong style. I made this dish for my family and friends and they loved it. Some people would prefer it with the Sweet Sauce. It would be appreciated if you could please show how to make the sweet sauce. I'm learning to cook Khmer food, and your recipes are the best. Thank you.
It doesn't look tasty. But, it is very tasty. Scallions is not part of the ingredient you use in this recipe. You use Garlic. Without garlic it does not taste right.
for the rest of the chicken meat i freeze it. in this recipe i used two chicken thighs just for more flavouring and to add more meat into the soup without making it too fishy
