Got mine yesterday, the 12 inch packs a clean punch. Best subs I've owned.
My friend has a 6 foot tall one of these, so i got my guitar and turned up the amp all the way. I stood in front of it and with One strum of my guitar, it sent me flying into the bookshelf
I had a Polk subwoofer that started making heartbeat sounds after about two years of use. Polk replaced the amp, and less than three years later, it happened again. The sub was never abused or over driven in any way. Never again. Henceforth it is SVS for me. They dig deeper, are better built and simply outperform Polk subwoofers. SVS subs are more expensive but are worth every penny.
Good for you if you can afford SVS. I’m going for the HTS 12.
Absolutly love my HTS10 sub. So smooth sounding, refined. Ive been wishing that I had go tthe 12 inch, but wouldnt have been able to transport it (on back of a motorbike) the 10 was manageable. The 10 compliments my Mission MX2 speakers very well

I have 2 HTS 12s in my small room HT. After messing around with REW and MiniDsp I got them dialed in pretty nicely. I have a pretty flat response down to 25hz. I like the looks of these as they match the S55s, S35 and S10s I have. These subs, especially mutliples of them 2-4 in smaller rooms aren't bad at all for the money. Especially if styling or matching speakers matter to you. If low end extension matters to you, these aren't gonna do it. Maybe look at Monolith or SVS.
I’ve got an old Sony sub (about 17 years old), paired to my S55’s and S35 centre, it’s doing alright. But an HTS 12 would be quite an upgrade for me.

@@JDuBz815 Only got my HTS12 yesterday.😀 but I’m happy! Especially after my Sony sub died on me about 6 months or so ago. Now things sound as they should.🤓👍🏼

I made it by myself. I used Avasva solutions for that.
Ugh those switches seem so cheesy with this big sub . I bought the 12 hoping it was gonna blow away my paradigm ps 1000 . Well I was wrong. The sub does hit some deep lows but just doesn't give that shake of the house like the paradigm does. I found the screen is flimsy and can be a pain to put back on. I'm not saying this is a bad sub but it can't keep up with my Vega towers
