How do you take in this many carbs without revving your heart to 180 beats per minute just based on the amount of carb running through your blood stream
Haha I’m not sure that’s how carbs work. I feel that way about caffeine but I’m pretty sure eating carbs while running would help lower your heart rate especially during ultras

Weird. Decathlon near me doesn't have low cost gels and mixes. they have a few GU products that cost the same as everywhere else.
