    KILLIAN JORNET 100 MILE PLAN
    Base Building = 12 weeks
    100 mile plan = 16 weeks
    off season = 12 weeks
    Free weeks = 12 weeks in complete year
    what we do in free 12 weeks of year

      haha what I do is just repeat the last 4 weeks of the aerobic base building training plan. So 3 weeks followed by a recovery week. This will keep you in great shape all year long.

      It is mean that after complete race 3 weeks complete off from running and then start 4 last weeks of base building plan.
