Cooperate your strength exercise, calorie deficit and eating more protein with intermediate fasting 16/24 and use creatine, pre workout supplements and eat simple carbohydrates foods two hour before strength exercise.
You're wrong you have to work back with biceps before come to TH-cam you have study anatomy first train your shoulder, chest and triceps then another day, back rear shoulder, biceps
