Always nice to see you get your mind blown. When Led Zeppelin got their Kennedy center award, their cover of stairway to heaven brought tears to Robert Plant's eyes. So many great songs. I'd rented a $40 or $60 Hotel Room/ with a fireplace and kitchenette and all... Ended up locked in the "Drunk Tank" and hadda pay AN EXTRA $50, to get outta THERE!!!

I love Heart! Saw them in concert once. Kept getting into trouble,don't ask,and the guard dragged me to this kinda dark place and told me not to move! Then he took off,I looked around when my eyes adjusted, and I was on the side of the stage looking right at the sisters!! It was incredible! He left me there for like 15 or 20 minutes ,then made me go back to my seat.

Heart played at my high school in Vancouver on Valentines Day at lunch time in the cafeteria 1973. Unreal to think about that now….. incredible…
Heart was a great group band. Somehow growing up in the 50's, 60's & 70's had the best music from these years.
What a voice! What a song! What a band! I remember the first time I heard it. I was blown away. And it still blows me away. Saw them in concert in the 70s. They were phenomenal!

You HAVE to see the Wilson Sisters (singer Anne, guitarist Nancy) performing Stairway to Heaven at the Led Zeppelin honoring at the Kennedy Center. Very recent, and their cover was great enough to make some Zeppeliners cry.
The pitch heights she can reach without using head voice is insane, that tone, intonation, and phrasing... Barracuda and Magic Man must be checked out.

They are the ABSOLUTE bomb 💣! Just saw them in concert on April 26th...the show was 🔥🔥🔥! Ann's voice is dynamic and completely original! And her sister, Nancy, is still kickin' and rockin' the crowds with that guitar! You'll find they have some REALLY GOOD stuff! You'd probably like lots of their 80s stuff, as well. 🤩😍

I get goosebumps hearing her sing the chorus. It’s fun seeing someone experience this for the first time. It’s amazing to watch experts do what they do with such ease…it almost doesn’t make sense…they are chill-killin it!

I just sent a live version to my brother and told him it was going down as one of the best intros ever, like literally yesterday. The intro of Nancy playing the acoustic guitar. It is just pure badass.
Saw them on their first tour promoting their debut album 'Dreamboat Annie'. Saw them four more times over the years. They are huge Led Zeppelin fans. Your next one should be their cover of 'Stairway To Heaven' at The Kennedy Center Honors (Led Zeppelin). They will blow your socks off! ❤

That first album was so different. And what a powerhouse in concert. Loved that era.
They have so many great hits. Never, Barracuda, What about Love, Magic Man, These Dreams, and so many more. The 2 ladies are sisters. Anne and Nancy Wilson, both are great singers and I think can play any instrument you hand them.

I was working the deck of "a towboat", out of Morgan City, at the time... We were supposed to pick up a barge, in Slidell and had to just "sit and wait a few days"; so, I decided to take a trip into "The Big Easy"; when I heard that concert was happening!
I'd rented a $40 or $60 Hotel Room/ with a fireplace and kitchenette and all... Ended up locked in the "Drunk Tank" and hadda pay AN EXTRA $50, to get outta THERE!!!

And today at 70 plus Anne sounds even better IMHO. This band of sisters Anne and Nancy Wilson have a stunning discography and I hope now that you have dove in you keep swimming. Check out the "Road Home" album recorded live in Seattle and the Led Zeppelin Kennedy Center honors version of Stairway to heaven. Just to start but I challenge you to find even one Heart song that doesn't wow you.

I love Heart! Saw them in concert once. Kept getting into trouble,don't ask,and the guard dragged me to this kinda dark place and told me not to move! Then he took off,I looked around when my eyes adjusted, and I was on the side of the stage looking right at the sisters!! It was incredible! He left me there for like 15 or 20 minutes ,then made me go back to my seat.
