These are not "stereo" . Do a stereo test. The audio is MONO but comes out in both earpieces. Just do a stereo sound test. Utter rubbish. I've had TWO from different sellers and returned both Utter trash
Amend to this Video! This Headset is Stereo! If only one ear piece has sound, do the following. Headset is not Damaged, Easy to fix, took me less than 5 minutes to repair. You need the following: Soldering Iron Fresh solder Flux Paste toothpick paperclip 2"x2" piece of paper Small Screw driver to unmount circuit board and reattach Insure Headset is off before proceeding. Open side with control switches, Open the colored outer plate from dark inner mounting. This is the 2 plates that fasten ear piece on adjusting bracket. Take your time and using razor knife and thumb nails gently separate the two. watch how slide bracket is inserted in ear piece!! Tricky! (When putting back together you will think you lost or broke it) Now in one hand is switch cover, the other is the halve with the ear piece. On it you will have circuit board held in place with two screws, remove them (They are small, I used a magnetic screwdriver and coffee cup saucer to store them on. So not to loose. Lifting circuit board from cover Pay attention how to reinstall, trace both sets of speaker wires (+ and - each) to contacts on circuit board. Each set of solder points have a + and a - solder contact. They are also Labeled R and L. The wires can be identified as a brass (-) and a insalated coated (+) wire. you will find one of the wires to the earpiece with no sound has come loose. Using toothpick and flux paste coat tip of wire and solder point. You don't need much heat (be careful - wire is small). Hold wire still with paper clip and 2"x2" paper apply Iron to wire tip and melt fresh solder (Paperclip and paper will be your best friend here as there is no room for a 3rd hand!) also do same on contact point on circuit board. Then apply wire and Iron to circuit board and melt together. Reassemble everything, test power on off and radio/Wireless buttons should here audio beeps and static as M button is selected (M switch is bottom center switch on Headset) your done! Everything just snaps together, no need to separate foam ear piece from speaker. if you do open point is between colored plastic and dark plastic center section then you will find if foam section needs to be replaced this is how. No need to pry on plastic foam cover. Hope this along with original Posters Video helps you fix Headset. This is the 4th one I have repaired for friends. All have been the same wire, so I think issue was a cold solder joint from Factory. The 1st was 3 years ago and all are still working. Actually has better sound now (stereo) than it did originally. I will offer this, I am in Chiangmai (Nonghoi) Thailand. If you are close message me (Facebook) and bring to my house or get address info and Ship to me. Include a return Post-Paid Label by your choice of Carrier. I will repair and return it to you. (I am a Verizon Wireless Senior Tech) David
can you explain by uploading a video? I also have this problem. If I test using left and right voices. the sound keeps going to the middle, aka mono... even though 2 speakers are provided. Now I realize why when playing online games the sound of their footsteps keeps going into the middle of the speaker makes me confused and lost, please explain sir

Instead of removing the Big Screw in the Middle you destroyed the Memory Card Slot, you could have easily used the headphone as a Bluetooth Module
yes
actually it worked when it was charged, then when I removed it from the charger, the Bluetooth pairing was lost. how to fix it?
Have a repair shop check Battery and replace
