When i hold the power button it only shows the red light. Pls help 😭😭😭😭😭. The blue only turns on when it is connected with the charger. I have one question
Why that my headphone p47 didn't charge even there is a red light appear on it and it didnt turn on even i'll charge it for 2 hours, what could maybe the possible problem and what should I do?

I bought it a month ago and everything is perfect. The only thing that is a problem is the data cable that comes with it. After a few hours it wont work but i can always use my cables that i use to charge the phones and all good. Does anyone have the same problem btw or is it Just me?

Just wanna ask. I just received mine today and after playing it for sometime, I have to charge it again. So I charge it for a while and I saw the light turn red but it was gone for quite some time later. Did that happen to you guys too?

I just bought it. I read somewhere that you can play FM Radio on it. Since this is my first ever headphones, I don't exactly know what this really means. Does it mean that you can play FM Radio on it without using or being connected to a smartphone? If yes then please tell me how can I do that?

Just got mine today 3 days early which was great..I paired them with my pc, said they were already 50-60% charged. I only used a little while, maybe 30 minutes before I heard the voice say please charge..I checked and it was sucked down to 10%. So I got them charging right now..Great sound though..I just hope I dont have to charge them constantly. How I know when they have powered off?
Reason I'm asking is after I hit power was still showing paired with my pc..
I got the p07 and mine died pretty quickly when i first used it and it was on 70-80% but when it got to 0 i charged it and theres no battery problem anymore with it so no worries

Am aceste căști de o săptămână, și abea acum mi-am dat seama cum sa folosesc radio-ul. :))
Trebuie sa deschizi căștile, și sa dai pe modul radio. Apoi apeși lung pe butonul de moduri, și, în timp ce apeși pe acest buton, apeși pe butonul de "melodie înainte" lung. Apoi o să-nceapă să-ți caute toate posturile posibile, pentru max. 1 min si după aceea poți asculta radioul, fără sa mai conectezi căștile la telefon.

The headphone keeps getting connected to an unknown device and there is no pair button. Unusable for me or I will have to check my android TV, 2 phones and 2 pcs individually to check which one is it connected with right now.

First read the User Manual. Charge it for at least 2 hours. Ask help from the seller, maybe it is a defective unit...
I have read the user manual but right the first step, long press for 3 seconds to turn on/off, it doesn't work. Maybe youre right it might have a defect.. I'll charge it again for 2 hours and if it still won't turn on, I'll ask for a refund..
