    I think the figurines, which are Rococo in style, are copies of 18th century Chelsea soft paste china. It was a high end precursor to Statfordshire wares. The green and gold tv lamp was great.

    Hi George! Nice items there. I like that folk furniture. Loved the Comtoise open case clock! That Korean dragon cabinet is fantastic! That French metal smoking stand was unusual. Never seen one like that. That seemed cheap on the "thunder jar". There are some really pretty ones floating about, too. WOW!, that ornate hall tree was beautiful. I would've paid that for it in a heartbeat! The monk's chair was a really good buy. That's something not commonly run across. Super nice items in there! Thanks for the tour!!!

      I thought you'd see things you'd appreciate! I haven't had a Comtoise clock in a few years now, they're so cool. I was surprised by the Monk's chair in this location as well, it clearly was under-appreciated

    Another informative video, George. Thank you SO much. I learned alot from this one as I always do from all of your videos. I loved that you mentioned Arabia Of Finland Co. Today I learned how to pronounce it properly. 😁...I just sold a 3 Piece set of Child size dishes today. They were purchased by an International buyer. 🌈

      I had to be taught as well, the Finnish language is interesting (apparently it shares a lot of aspects with Japanese!). Arabia is great stuff and always sells for me

    Every time I watch one of your videos I end up watching like 5 hahaha! Always appreciate your videos, so much fun, informative and gets me excited to go out and hunt treasures! I actually still have the lamp and I’m working on restoring it. The one you showed was awesome because I’ve never seen one with delphite pieces mixed in! Hope all is well brother!

    I saw today 2 original 1949 Charles & Ray Eames Molded yellow chairs (not rocking) on Antique Roadshow valued at $1,500 the pair. If they would have been in perfect condition valued to $2,000 the pair. (Yours at 2:20)

      You can ship through two bags or boxes up to 50 lbs and 62" total (w X h x L) plus take a carry on and personal item at no extra charge! I think Southwest is a great airline personally

    What was a metal smoking stand used for?

      It would be to keep the tobacco fresh and have storage for related smoking accoutrements that would get dirty otherwise

      Shipping would cost $12-15 in all likelihood and it's only a $35-45 retail item. Because shipping takes such a chunk of sales dollars when you're selling lower end items, you can't really pay anything for them
