I have brand new Ender 3 pro and it prints just beautifully. but i love to have spare parts for everything.

(Ender 3) Pro tip: print yourself a spare extruder before you need one. It's the largely plastic mechanism that sits on top of the stepper motor that pushes the filament into the Bowden tube.
They are a part that commonly fails on Ender 3, 3 V2, and Pro models. Having a spare extruder on hand can work in a pinch. I printed a couple out of PETG. (If you need to use your spare one, make another spare as the first print with it haha.)
I can't speak for the quality of the aluminum "upgrade" extruders that Creality sells.

Will you add the sync belt? You have longer screews I see.
I did it and it's nice solution to don't loose stepper sync.
Remember that on Ender 3 V2 Neo (like mine) you have to create the belt tensioner, the one with the kit normally sold is too short.

he seguido tus mejoras muy de cerca y han funcionado de maravilla.
piensas instalar algún día el Sonic Pad de Creality? he visto que mejora mucho la velocidad sin perder calidad, pero me da curiosidad como podría trabajar con una v2 neo con extrusor directo.

It's easy, 3/10 difficulty scale I would say, the kinda hard part is what I mentioned during the video.
