    सर मै आज बहुत परेशान था, बहुत से विचार दिमाग में चल रहे थे career को ले कर l Exam clear कर पाऊंगा कि नहीं, syllabus पूरा हो पाएगा या नहीं... etc... विचारों की frequency इतनी ज्यादा थी कि मै पढ़ाई छोड़ के उठ गया l पर अभी youtube खोला तो आप का ये video मिला और इन techniques को मैंने तुरंत apply भी किया वाकई बहुत अच्छा लग रहा है l मै अभी अपने friend को भी share किया l thank you so much 🙏 l सर एक request है please एक video students के लिए भी बनाए जो competitive Exam की तैयारी कर रहे हैं, जिससे लंबे समय तक mind positive और focused रह सकेl

    My dog was ill and several medicines were tried with no effect. Ultimately vet doctor prescribed anti depression medicines for him and he recovered. So animals also suffer from depression. Om Shanti.
