Even when u have found ur passion and u know u want to put efforts but u don't put ur maximum because u get distracted because of instant gratification.. E.g.mood acha nhi h toh chocolate kha lia ya mobile dek lia.. But we don't think why our mood is off we find comfort immediately in chocolate or mobile that next time when the same thing happens we turn towards mobile or chocolate and it form loop... This is bad for long term and life.. Instead ask questions why is it happening.. Think deeply.. Discover actions to prevent and act on it immediately.. Then again u get distracted.. Don't give up again ask question.. Keep experimenting till it problem gets sorted.. Understand what is beneficial for me in long term... Have patience for putting efforts even though no instant gratification.. Take inspired action.. When inspired action happens is when ur work and u become one..u can't be separated by it.. Reach such a state for that a lot patience is required..

Yeah I had the same kind of doubt then I realized that the information or knowledge is not my own but it's just from other sources and then I questioned my own doubt and came to know it can never be original but when I asked the question the answer that came out was from my own Hope this helps

Even when u have found ur passion and u know u want to put efforts but u don't put ur maximum because u get distracted because of instant gratification.. E.g.mood acha nhi h toh chocolate kha lia ya mobile dek lia.. But we don't think why our mood is off we find comfort immediately in chocolate or mobile that next time when the same thing happens we turn towards mobile or chocolate and it form loop... This is bad for long term and life.. Instead ask questions why is it happening.. Think deeply.. Discover actions to prevent and act on it immediately.. Then again u get distracted.. Don't give up again ask question.. Keep experimenting till it problem gets sorted.. Understand what is beneficial for me in long term... Have patience for putting efforts even though no instant gratification.. Take inspired action.. When inspired action happens is when ur work and u become one..u can't be separated by it.. Reach such a state for that a lot patience is required..
I inherited two points:-
•Our Work is not something we do. Our work is us.This Oneness matters.
•Keep on asking questions for breaking through the vicious cycle of instant gratification.
Also patience is the key to achieve those to...✌
