    Sir as you have said about the thoughts which are nothing to do with over personal life and we now but even we cant stop, and major looks me the eye anxitey make me feel shallow,i unable to see in other eyes,once i see in other eyes i feel anxitey and some time people also understand and the cant see my eyes, that also makes me feel shallow,please guide me
