I went down the route of painting individual bricks on my shed. I know what you mean about mind numbing. Wish I'd done it the way you have now. Would have saved a lot of time and preserved my sanity.
Thanks for the compliments, the original colour i used where i painted individual stones was time consuming and wasn't achieving the overall effects, I'm glad i started again and finished with this as the result :)

Its a great versatile kit, the metcalfe kit is great too, but there isn't much relief or texture in the card kits that you get with plastic. Glad you like

This looks really good mate I've got a viaduct but the metcrafe kit and mine looks bad compared to yours be great to see locos going over like a class 37 and 68 and 66 I've watched your videos and there great cheers Paul

Paul, I'm sure you can do the kits up abit, shrubbage is a great way to disguise joins etc,
