    I Love this!
Hubby: Have you seen my can of shaving cream? I just bought a new one"
Me: "Nope, are you sure you had one"?
Hubby: Hm, I found an empty can in your craft room trash."
    Me: "Really? That's weird"

      LOL! Mine is:
Husband: Put shaving cream on the list.
Me: Uh... (goes to basement, grabs a can from my stash)
Husband: Wow. You're fast! Rubbing alcohol?
Me: Only about 3 bottles. Do you need some?
Husband (who's a chef): We're out of cornstarch
Me: Nope. (produces a box from art supplies)

Hi there! ... first time viewer from Southern California. 🙋. Isn't this fun? ...and yes, the smell of the shaving cream... I love it too, tho mine did stay on the paper for quite some time. I learned this from Nik the Booksmith and had no idea that paint worked for coloring, I thought it could only be food coloring, so thank you for that! It also never occurred to me to marble on black. I LOVE black and will try that as well. It's been a pleasure watching you this afternoon. I'll be back soon. MK ❤️☀️🌵

Oh I love the idea at the end. It was great to be reminded about using nail polish. I have used nail polish in the past for marbling on lots of different materials. I was just thinking the other day I needed to use up some of my old nail polish on some sort of projects, and now I have an idea to use it on paper. I love all of the beautiful colors that came out of using the paint and shaving cream. Again it's a great way to use up some of those old paints before they go bad. This will be fun to do outside this summer too. Thanks for sharing and giving great inspiration.

Hello Nina, thanks for reminding me of how much fun this technique is. I watched half the video then had to go play! I've now got inky fingers and my kitchen worktops are covered in drying card! I used ink from re-inker bottles I've had stashed for years.

I’m glad this inspired you to race off and do it. I want to try some of reinkers too. I love the results and it’s so much fun ❤️

@Nina Ribena, just don't do what I did and work without gloves when you use the reinkers, I've now got purple and orange fingers as i just can't do this technique without getting them marbled too! You have been warned :)

What a fun session! Some great colours too. That black pull was fab. I've tried marbling on fabric but not paper/card stock so will have to have a go soon. Thanks for the inspiration. x
