Wow,someone who mentioned seeing her in Earthquake. I was watching that movie several months ago. I think the movie came out in 1974 I loved that Afro Wig she wore in that movie.It made her look even more exotic,there is a video of she wearing that Afro Wig and Pam Grier on stage giving out an award to someone back in the 70s. I just wished that she would have aged gracefully and left the plastic surgery alone.
I don’t know what he is talking about. Pamela was a beloved character. She remains a fan favorite. We loved that her moral compass wasn’t broken. The other characters wallowed in their dysfunction. Pam and Miss Ellie were the only characters who tried to be decent people. Both of them are refreshing to watch, especially in today’s culture where dysfunctional behavior has become a celebrated norm.
Ohhhhhhhh girls of today take note and listen … what a great example of how a woman should be. Smart, intelligent, liberated, wise, opinionated with class and with a great sense of humour … ( note I have not even mentioned her beauty as that’s unimportant). Woman like this can always triumph over a man. So girls, stop trying to be like men, and embrace the wonder that is ‘captivating femininity’ … x
Slightly shorter BIG hair with bangs has simply got to make a comeback. So tired of the long and stringy look where it appears nobody puts any effort into themselves at all.
