Does that whole panel have to be removed to replace the light bulb that illuminates the a/c controls such as blower speed and the sliders? Mine are all dark and I'd like to fix the lights.
you can get down there with just the radio removed, and you can even reach it blind from underneath, however based on my experience getting to it blind requires some muscle memory of where it is (i.e. pulling the radio out and doing it that way first)
