I have been using the inverted dead lift for a couple of months. It has helped me progress toward my front lever goal.

Thank you for posting this. I’ve added it to my FL program for a few months now. It’s really helped with keeping the hips high in a straight line.
I used a band in the beginning which helped alot.

I haven't done much of the inverted dead lift but I do inverted hang on rings and its a cool exercise to do for balance, grip strength and stimulus to keep from coming down.
This was Great!! I just bought the Big bar... And I'm trying to get The backwards skin the cat on the bar.. This was great today perfect!!!
I use to do it in rings with Pull up included, very hard Pull exercise , i do like 5 reps
