I came in Ireland on critical skill visa for 90 days. I am on adaptation process. Will get a PIN from NMBI after completing adaptation program after 60 days. Can I apply for IRP card before completing adaptation or I can only apply after getting PIN number? Please clarify.

Yes, they all do. You can call the nearest one and ask just to be sure
I have a doubt…on the gnib card there are a lot of numbers both on front and back. Do you know which number is the gnib number? The one that starts with R?
Great question, yup it is the one in the top right corner. Not sure if it always starts with R (mine does), I guess for you it is the one that starts with R

Yes you sure can, but make sure your IRP is valid at the time of your return from your home country

You don't need private medical insurance for stamp 1
Hi I received my IRP card a few days ago but the gender details mentioned are wrong. I wanted to travel within the EU for the holidays amd wanted to know if this would cause any problem regarding the visa or immigration ? Please let me know
Can u not get it corrected before you travel? If you can, then do, or at least get a letter telling from garda telling it is their fault and they will issue another card with right details or something like that. Although imo I don't think it will be a big problem but it's good to have back up safer options
what if you are late to apply for an IRP card if you are on employment permit (critical skills)? Would they ask me to leave the country?
I don't think they are going to ask you to leave the country, just have a good reason ready to explain why you didn't get your IRP renewed in time. I would just say be more cautious from the next time.

I am glad it helped :) Did you find out which garda station is closer to you? You have to find out the garda station and then go to the website to get their email address. You can copy the email and send an email from your gmail or any other email services you use.

Not really, you'll have your visa stamp on your passport before coming to Ireland. The visa stamp expires after a couple of months so you should get your IRP card before that :)
Do we need 1 year health insurance which is mandatory? Bcz i recently came from india and took 6 months insurance and as per norm we can extend only after 6 months so just worried

That depends on the person who reads your mail..but I usually got replies within 2 working days! If u don't hear back from them, drop a follow up email

You can apply and book a date for your appointment, book a date such that you would have got your new IRP...if you haven't received your IRP by your visa appointment date you can always postpone online

If in Dublin, try online to reschedule. If outside Dublin, write a mail to your garda station asking to reschedule

Can You Travel To Other Eu nations With Irp card Without Visa?
Nope you can't, its just a temporary residence permit to stay in Ireland. You need to get travel visa to go to other EU countries
If you are European citizens the question is no but if you are non European the question is Yes

Technically you are not supposed to, but u can go for like a day trip or something. The only place you would want to visit in NI is Belfast and surrounding area and yes you can go visit but can't stay there
