    Good video. Was last in PA 2 years ago for a health appt. I was shocked at the level of open drug use and intoxication. People passed out on the sidewalks. It was not a safe place to be. Much like Saskatoon's west side. We always used to enjoy visiting PA there are some very nice houses there. It was sad to see the changes.

    It was a nice quiet city in the 90s and early 2000s to be raised in... but over the past few years crime rate and really sketchy people jumped even around some of the nicer areas like king George school area, moved to the east hill area 11 years ago it was great at first thief's, property destruction, vandalism. Nothing seems to be bringing down the crime rates I have had sketchy people approach me and I was minding my own to only get yelled at, called names and accused of being racist. I don't feel safe in the city I grew up in, but my hands are tied so I can't move.

      @@saskatchewanrealtor very true, and I’m really happy that we’re getting new developments, I’m very excited for the new rink and sports centre, cause we need better facilities, and it also provides us with more options, like hosting hockey tournaments, and other games, brings more tourists which would bring in my cash flow and aid in redeveloping downtown and just making pa better, not to mention the pulp mill and the diamond mine (may or may not happen) that would bring in more workers and provide local jobs. Our shithole might become a golden turd soon lol.

      Nice try on what? I was explicit about not sugar coating that it does have one of the worst crime rates in the country. I’m in PA all the time lol it is what it is, there are still great things to be said about the city itself

    • @EarthFlower69
      @EarthFlower69 15 วันที่ผ่านมา

      As someone who grew up and lived here it has taken a drastic sky rocket with crimes, homeless, addictions and so much more. You just mentioned petty crimes but the 'safer' areas to live cost so much most can't afford. I live around king George school and my neighbour has been nothing but harassed but little punks all summer. They broke her window last week. A month ago there was a hole they made in her window as well. You need to live here to experience it all, not just visit every now and then. Earlier this month someone caught a whole video of someone have s3x at cornerstone! I have a friend who doesn't live to far from me I went to school with she always has something to share almost every week. It's by far the worst city to live in. In the early 2000s I was glad to live this city and even done a whole essay on its history for English class. It's one of the oldest settlements and cities, but also the worst. Sorry dude, but there has to be some complete drastic changes to improve its worth in my opinion. Once I'm able to leave I'm outtie.
