The way Red Deer never exists 😂
Haha what about red deer?
@@saskatchewanrealtor Red deer and Leth bridge got ignored most of the time I am just saying it as a joke and red deer is good place low house price near to both Edmonton and calgary even have beautiful sylvan lake 30mins away only.
Overall, all three cities is 🤮🤮🤮 People living there only because the born there or can’t afford to live in normal cities. Full of homeless, drug addicts and crime, not even saying about snow in April, will fire, hail size of golf ball….
Interesting perspective. What is a “normal” city exactly? Lol
Warning to newcomers!!! These advertised jobs don't actually exist! They're fabricated by people who want to bring you into the country to work a low-skill job that pays almost nothing. Once you're here, and you're forced to take on debt to avoid being homeless (there's no housing), you'll be trapped in Canada, essentially working as a slave for the rest of your life!
I am not advertising any job postings. I am a real estate agent. Nobody is forced to take on debt, sorry if this has been your experience. That sentiment is relatable for many Canadians however with inflation recently, yet Canada does still stand as one of the freest countries and most opportune countries in the world. There is a way forward
@saskatchewanrealtor Clearly you're not advertising jobs. You're advertising your real estate business and targeting potentially vulnerable people without fully informing them. I understand fully.
@@MightyKingYoung educating people best I can. What sort of additional topics should I cover to make sure everyone is well informed?

You sent this copy and paste message already. Sorry you feel that way but most of what your saying sounds circumstantial not all-becoming. Canada has great opportunity here, and if there is anything I can do to help please do reach out
@@saskatchewanrealtor It's not circumstantial or a personal opinion. Read the UN official report from this August. The United Nations calls it modern day slavery right in the document. You won't acknowledge this because you're a real estate agent who makes money selling houses.

For those thinking about getting their real estate license, what’s the biggest challenge you anticipate facing in the process? Comment down below! 👇👇👇
I've lived in Regina most of my life and quite like it. I've also lived in Kamloops, BC and Toronto, Ontario as an adult and enjoyed them as well. Are any of them perfect? No. Is anywhere perfect? No. I'd say the most important thing you need to enjoy life in Regina (or anywhere) is a good attitude. If you're someone who hates the cold and refuses to leave your home in the winter to do anything, this is not the place for you. However, there are lots of things to do indoors and outdoors in all seasons if you make the effort. If you're willing to make the effort to enjoy life here, you most likely will. If you move here with a negative attitude, you probably won't like it. Will it be perfect? Again, no.
Love it! True story
I invite you to visit Al madina the city of the prophet peace be upon him,in saudi arabia, you look good bro

Me and my family are thinking about Saskatchewan, mostly cause we like living in a quiet place, with less traffic jams and we enjoy outdoors activities. I hope we can have enough points to immigrate or be invited by the province. 🙏

Lived in PA for 2 years and did a lot of walking both day and night. For the most part people are very friendly and resourceful, but there is a lot of dangerous activity going on that you need to navigate thoughtfully. Gang stuff, but also people just being extremely careless. Love the picture of PA you painted hear. I enjoyed my time there, taking advantage of the surrounding wilderness with friends.
