Ah! I have the same chair and desk (Herman Miller saved me once I started my own business and became a near-sedentary workaholic)! I need to get those bands on my desk, though - that's a great idea!
Could you do a video about how best to set up the Herman Miller Aeron chair for sitting for long periods? How to position it properly, how high to have your laptop stand, etc. That would be a life-changer!!!

I just today received more bands and here you are Sophie with the bands! 😊 I purchased a walking pad a year ago and absolutely love it! Timer is great to remind to stand when sitting! Soooo agree! Thx for this video! 👌
It's amazing how these bands are just everywhere now. It's so exciting to see them being used in so many ways!
I also just got some Crazy Aaron's Thinking Putty to improve my forearm and grip strength. Great little 'toy' to play around with in idle moments and really helping to strengthen my hands and forearms for my general resistance training (deadlift strength etc.). I recommend it as another addition to the set-up.
