Don't go in sun for vitamin D whether india or Sweden or Denmark. Sunlight also contains UVA and UVB which cause destruction of collagen in skin leading to wrinkles and premature ageing. If you are fine with wrinkly dry skin then no problem 👍 For times you are required to be in sun, wear sunscreen. It will cut collagen destroying radiations as well as vitamin D synthesising radiations.

totally agree with you. our body is a Super Intelligent machine and knows to maintain itself if we provide it with the RIght Fuel !! I used to eat far more spicy food in my 20's drink refrigerated water, crave for fried snacks ect. i used to be very tired and had body pain in my early 30's then I made the shift and eliminated all of this from my lifestyle. now in my 40's I am very comfortable drinking warm to hot water 5-6 glasses a day, almost never eat anything cold not even icecreams, far less spicy food, my cooking oil consumption is almost 1/3rd of what it used to be. ive replaced most of my snack cravings to healthy snacks like boiled sweet potato, methi muthia , steamed dal vada's yes vada's but not fried. i soak and grind a mix of dals add ginger, green chillies, hing, cumin and black salt or pink salt to this and add few grated veggies. in a steamer spread a muslin cloth and then drop small balls of this batter and let it steam for about 15 mins on medium to high flame. once cooled toss it in a tadka of curry leaves, cumin chana dal and split moong dal. garnish with coriander and lemon juice. you may make it khatta meetha by adding some tamarind and date chutney to this too. this is a nutritious snack or even a meal in itself. you can make a large batch of this vada's and keep it refrigerated for a week. Atleast thrice a week I eat some kind of millet, again cooked like Pulav or upma with oil just enough to let the cumin and mustard seeds splutter. for being physically fit, I never kept a maid in the house. I do all the chores myself. the bending and stretching needed to clean up your house is good enough exercise. I am way more healthier today than I was in my 30's. no pains or aches. at 47 ive got only 20 % grey hair while girls 10 younger to me are already using dyes to cover their greys. i am yet to use any store bought color. I use only fresh paste of henna and bhringraj once a month to both condition my hair and color my greys. my skin is tight, need glasses only for reading and absolutely no lifestyle disease. not bragging but ive been told that I look like I am in my early 30's.

Vitamin b 12 please please Every one in my family gets b12 deficiency and after 6 months of taking pills again we're b12 deficient and doctor says its common for vegetarians and vegans But i know plants are magical so.... Make a video on it (for vegetarians and vegans)
Plants do not contain vitamin b12 and low in vitamin D. So vegans have to take vitamin b12 and D supplements. If you are Vegetarian then you can drink 500 ml of milk daily. Or some milk and eggs. If you don't even drink milk then you have no option. One far fetched option is fungus. Fungus like mushrooms and nutritional yeast have some vitamins. You have to check on Google that they have D and B12 or not. Fungus is neither plant but also not animal so you can include them in your diet i think
I’m a vegetarian too. I would suggest you to drink lots of butter-milk ie churned curd from which the butter is separated. This leftover buttermilk has probiotics AND the b12. This was also suggested to me by my doc (allopathy) as a good probiotic when he prescribed antibiotics. But the qty consumed should be more, he suggested around 500ml at that time.

Yes, this is all good but what's not taken into consideration is that the quality of the foods we consume is compromised due to chemicals and they are less nutritious. On top of that, the soil's quality is deteriorating and some countries are deficient of certain vitamins and minerals for different reasons. For example, selenium levels in the UK are very low, so in that case, supplements would be necessary.

Vivek, this was quite insightful. Considering the fake veggies, lentils and other products in the market, we are not getting the required nutrients. Also, would like to know what do you eat in the entire day and activities you do because I have watched so many videos of yours and try to adopt some of the suggestions. But difficult to find out what to follow and what not.

Every one in my family gets b12 deficiency and after 6 months of taking pills again we're b12 deficient and doctor says its common for vegetarians and vegans
But i know plants are magical so.... Make a video on it (for vegetarians and vegans)
Plants do not contain vitamin b12 and low in vitamin D. So vegans have to take vitamin b12 and D supplements.
If you are Vegetarian then you can drink 500 ml of milk daily. Or some milk and eggs.
If you don't even drink milk then you have no option.
One far fetched option is fungus. Fungus like mushrooms and nutritional yeast have some vitamins. You have to check on Google that they have D and B12 or not. Fungus is neither plant but also not animal so you can include them in your diet i think
I’m a vegetarian too. I would suggest you to drink lots of butter-milk ie churned curd from which the butter is separated. This leftover buttermilk has probiotics AND the b12.
This was also suggested to me by my doc (allopathy) as a good probiotic when he prescribed antibiotics. But the qty consumed should be more, he suggested around 500ml at that time.

Vitamin D3 tablets is needed if you are doing indore job or not exposing sun yes it will cause for calcium problem but you need to take vitamin k2 supp as well...👎

Yes, this is all good but what's not taken into consideration is that the quality of the foods we consume is compromised due to chemicals and they are less nutritious. On top of that, the soil's quality is deteriorating and some countries are deficient of certain vitamins and minerals for different reasons. For example, selenium levels in the UK are very low, so in that case, supplements would be necessary.
