anyone else watching this cuz they hate their nose? I feel a lot less confident because of my nose but if I get surgery, I'll feel like I'm fake everytime I look in the mirror. I don't really believe is cosmetic or exercises because exercises wear off in a week - month after you stop doing it everyday and cosmetic surgeries wear off after 6 months - 1 year.. maybe I should just learn to love myself or just get the plastic surgery (plastic and cosmetic surgeries are different) and learn that it's okay and I'm still the same person? maybe if I found another way to justify the plastic surgery other than I don't like how my nose looks. It's a little hard to breathe through my nose- maybe I could manipulate my brain? lol idk- i just know I got issues.. the mirror is making me feel insecure and the people who make me feel badass too- (Blackpink and Ariana Grande)

There are people who swear that doing certain facial exercises and holding certain expressions can make your nose look smaller. But it’s collagen that gives your face its shape, and your nose is made of cartilage - not muscle or fat. Toning or strengthening certain face muscles won’t make a visible difference in how large your nose appears to be.

I didn't see the need for her to have anything done to her nose....it was already nice....a good Profile. Unlike mine where the bridge of my nose bump was so high I could see it and it affected my line of sight.....so of course I got a nose job to chisel that bump down. So happy I did!

You can slightly see that her nose bridge is higher. (Below her eyebrows. The bridge connecting the forehead and nose)
Because her nose is already fine, most can't tell the difference.
But if done to someone who has a short nose bridge (or nonexistant) it's an appearance boost. It makes the face look less flat, more sharp.
