Watching you brother I created a cafe racer and a bobber... Though I took a huge amt of time coz I don't have machines like you, had to keep visiting welders, garages etc. sometimes they weren't free so had to wait... 2nd project is also almost done which is a bobber style 2stroke
Never fabricated anything in many years of biking. Dan's how to fibreglass a seat pan came out and I ended up with the seat I was after for my build and an appetite to do more. Brilliant instructional videos ever since. Question is, are they inventing new tooling fast enough, or will Dan run out...?
Hi. I’m working on an F2 1992 cb750. The tank is too big. Can you pls tell me what year tank you are using. So much cleaner looking. Thanks for the show! 😊👍
Thank you again for this vid. I'm just in stage to do rear hoop and seat pan and kinda in my disconfort zone. :D This gave me some ideas and inspiration again!
great video ! but i have a question about the fiberglass seat base. what do you use to hold the upholstery to the base? my staple gun couldn't go through

I will never run out ☺️👍 I’ve got to keep you entertained somehow lol 😂
So informative, it really helps. Do you have any content about how to make the seat frame lower as close as possible to the tyre?
Dan, I am keen to get some clips to attach the seat. Link doesn't seem to work. Working on CD175 and CB400/4.
same goes for me, website does not seem to work
Hi Dan, nice job with that aluminium sheet !! thanks , Enjoy your spring, getting cilder here , Gus
Hey Gus it not a new concept but I wanted to share how I do it so it will help others do the same :)

Very nice idea.
Thank you so much for sharing! What a chad!
Hy dan love the video. Doing an aluminium seat pan as we speak...question. how do you fasten or staple or attach the upholstery to the ally...?
are use contact adhesive glue it's extremely strong
Really...that's strong enough, would never guessed. Cheers bud
Great vids mate! Interesting, to the point, informative with no filler!
Thank you mate. Sometimes those are the best videos 👍
It has to be an Aussie giving great useful info instead of the useless 'look at me' stuff that I've had to trawl through.
Good job 👍🏼
Once you start cutting the frame you have to go get it inspected right?
don't tell anyone 🔥🔥🔥
@@calebczepanski4037 ahahaha
Great tips, thanks!
Not cutting enough wasn’t your issue for the wood prototype. You just didn’t have the grain of the ply aligned correctly.
I wish you port and polish the cylinder head to gain more performance.
Awesome video! Keep up the great content man!
Thank you 🙏 will do
good video! loved it
great video ! but i have a question about the fiberglass seat base. what do you use to hold the upholstery to the base? my staple gun couldn't go through
I use contact adhesive the same stuff that upholstery companies use It’s ridiculously strong
ابداع 😘😘🥰🇮🇶
