The rents are going up right now even faster than what she is saying here. I rented my apartment in April. In July, the rent had gone up by another $200.00. It seems like landlords are just fishing for money to see if they can get it. It's kind of depressing. I'm going to be looking for another place closer to East Legon in early October. I've already went around and checked a lot of places and I'm seeing places that are not nearly as nice as my current place for $300.00 a month more, right in the same area. It makes no sense.

You are a full time student and i guess who is not working so how do u manage to survive or is the family in Cameroon assisting you? Also please note everywhere even here in London prices are rising but i can assure you that it will all even out because if a landlord wants to increase his rent and nobody can afford it eventually it will come down to a more reasonable price so my dear just hang in there and you will be fine...

I worked in Dubai before coming to Ghana so I have some savings and help from my family, besides I have passive income here n there
