The first thing that you must seek to do is to rent land so that you can grow some food and on that land then seek to build a home or when you buy the land have a home designed and start to build one room with a bath room toilet then slowly you take yr time to build in the meantime use your god given talent but first of all go there for a holiday to see what you can do that is the first thing that is a must!

Great content! I see you are getting more energetic in the videos. Keep them coming. Perhaps you can show clips of your day to day activities outside of your house, interacting with the locals etc..

A lot of expats want to live in east legon cantonments osu etc where other expats are with expat restaurants etc and where the British and USA schools are based. But accommodation in those areas are very very expensive. They would be looking at minimum $1000 a month yes dollars! In that area you would also be paying dollar equivalent for hair nails etc etc. 1500 ghs would get you something a typical ghana middle class can afford and that would be out of town and may not have hot water sewage etc. So you def get what you pay for!!!

@@sincere7116 I don't think that it is going to be a lot it all depends on YR Life style but I would say it is better to live in a common unity meaning like minded people like yr self carry some power tools to help build yr own house you can live a better life there but don't be nieve just like where you are there are sharks there too so like minded looks out for like minded I was brought up in the west and I am carefully here so you have to be there too there you have to scanned all who are coming to you and I am telling you the truth iam not afraid to tell you the truth

@Wendall Church google wont list HIS list right? For compare and contrast, HIS list would need to be available for longer than 10 seconds. Thats why I follow Jasmine Ama and Vanessa Kanbi. They list cedis equivalency in EU and Usd.

@Wendall Church since I already have been to Ghana several times, and foster school children there AND have an AMAZING Fiance, and an apt in Awoshie, what do you know about me? In the states, i have a 4 bedroom home, 3 cars, so guess who is "making it" on 2 continents? You? Or me?
