TH-cam can have a negative effect on our mental health, it’s capable of rewiring our reward system to some extent after all, but there are lots of things we can always do to mitigate that.

In my opinion "You can do anything" should serve as a reminder that though people distance themselves from other humans who have committed heinous crimes, in truth any human is capable of doing anything just as bad or worse, and one must appreciate the presence of a moral compass in themselves as well as others. The ability to do anything, but choosing to do the right thing is something to be proud of.

Why would a godlike AI feel the compulsion to punish? That's a human concept that would serve no practical purpose to an entity supposedly powerful enough to read the minds of people across time and damn them to a Hell-like fate. It's Christianity 2.
Not even the person who came up with that stupid thing thought there was any validity to it, and beyond a handful of users with undiagnosed personality disorders, LessWrong clearly didn't either or else they would have deleted the story (because that's what it _is,_ basically a shitty creepypasta) and set about tracking down anyone sharing it.

Another interesting theory linked to this iceberg, is the ant theory. Ants do not know we exist simply because they are too small and we are too big for them to see us or notice us. One that used to freak me out as a kid and also later, in the years I smoked weed was, thinking about breathing manually... I would feel like I had to make myself breathe or I would die (now I'm thinking about Pink Floyd - Breathe). Becoming aware of eye contact also messed me up - an artifact of smoking weed and messing something up in my head permanently. It's hard for me to make eye contact now.. It's like it feels weird and overly aggressive or even sexual or something. My wife was one of the few people I could hold eye contact with for extended periods of time. And I know. It's weird. I'm an old fashioned, nerdy, hillbilly philosopher, warrior poet type and I know eye contact is normal and beneficial but I think, even though I'm old fashioned, I'm just a little eccentric, aloof and "off" in the head a little bit - not dangerously - just, I don't feel that I'm much like "normal" people - whatever that actually means. I basically live in the kingdom of my mind and I'm only here nominally in the "real" world. And I don't mean in some kind of esoteric way or some goofy fantasy - just that I'm always very deeply in my head - always thinking, pondering, philosophizing and running what-if scenarios.

To clarify about intrusive thoughts. Intrusive thoughts and impulsive thoughts are NOT the same, and are very often confused. Examples of impulsive thoughts: poking somebody, eating a strangers doughnut, buying that cool book, watching a scary video you probably should not watch. Examples of intrusive thoughts: thoughts of intercouse with family members/strangers, thoughts of harming oneself or others, thoughts of taboo topics such as ped0phelia. What is vital to understand here is that intrusive thoughts are NOT a reflection of the person having them. It is in the name; they are INTRUSIVE. They cause SIGNIFICANT levels of torment and distress to an individual on a daily basis because of the juxtaposition of the persons true nature versus these thoughts. Intrusive thoughts is one of the most common symptoms of OCD.

SuperB content, I have seen that you made a lot of very long videos recently... How do you manage to do it? I can't keep the same pace.
Btw, I have been breathing manually for 3 minutes so far, I think that I will begin to use it to show people why some info is poison lol

Hey bro, thanks for watching. And I manage to make so many long videos so fast is because I have an amazing team of two editors and myself, who grind hard 24/7 to make great videos. Thanks for watching bro ✌️

Heeeeeeek!! When them there girls did that for ‘Slenderman’ I was already into the crime genre.
I researched Slenderman at the time. I was terrified!
I thought it was real.. I don’t even care. The world was a different place back then. 😂
I didn’t know what Creepy-pasta or anything like that was. I stayed well off scary things.
I think I was traumatised as a younger one.
I grew up with Aliens films, Carrie, Nightmare On Elm Street, Candyman (originals)
And scary ass stories from my big sister. The Grey Lady in the graveyard will come get you if you walk around a headstone 3 times.
It’s actually my sister’s birthday. Happy Birthday Shell -Bob have a massive party up there beautiful angel girl 💞💞

You totally missed the danger of classified documents. The infohazard is much less about what you learn from them, and much more about you now having a copy in your mind, and people responsible for keeping them secret needing to make sure they stay secret. Learning the content puts your freedom and life at risk as you're now a potential source of a leak.

nothingness: remember the nights you experienced as you where asleep. all those who where dreamless. they may are the closest you can go to nothingness. a black nothing, not even black. seeming like less of a second, making hours pass. you are welcome
