LTC Rules for Central Government Employees:
What is LTC?
Leave Travel Concession (LTC) is granted to Central Government employees for travel to various parts of the country and home as well.
Leave Travel Concession (LTC) is granted to Central Government employees for travel to various parts of the country and home as well.
The Leave Travel Concession has been increased for employees over the years. There are still some areas wherein there could be further relaxation. These are as follows:
Permission for the journey by air to and from the North Eastern Region, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands for all employees.
Permission for employees posted in North Eastern states for travel within that region.
Increase in the LTC periodicity once in 2 years.
Allow an employee to tour outside the country once in his/her lifetime under the provisions of LTC.

Sir I travel to home town with my 2 children on 28 th April with el availed 5 days after that I joined duty and worked for 3 weeks then I took leave for 5 days and return back with children. It is eligible to ltc reimbursement for both journey

No source as of now. Normally more than 2-3 months it takes as the process has been increased now with recent rules.
There will be moderation committee first then, it will be sent to paper setter. if there is any difference in opinion of paper setter and moderation committee, then, competent authority will constitute a High power committee. It will decide and finalise the key. There after, evaluation process starts for both OMR and Noting and drafting.
