Sir, please let me know about tubectomy leave...( A official spouse underwent the tubectomy surgery one month ago,now the official is requesting for credit of 7 days ..sir, let me know pl.
10 days special casual leave is granted for female Govt servants during tubectomy operation.

Thank you for your immediate response.
Special casual leave upto a maximum period of 3 days can
be given to a male Government servant, whose wife
undergoes Puerperal/Non-Puerperal Tubectomy including
sterilization performed through Laparoscopy for the first
time or second time.
The grant of special casual leave in both cases will be
subject to the production of a medical certificate certifying that
his wife has undergone a particular sterilization operation.
